Very good stay can reccomend

I had a very enjoyable stay at AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage. The location is ideal for exploring the Harz mountains, and the views from the room were lovely. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated in style. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with something for everyone. Staff were helpful and friendly, and there were plenty of amenities like the pool and sauna to enjoy after a day of hiking. Overall, it's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway — not luxurious, but well worth the stay.

German style, not fancy, but solid and reliable

The stay was overall a very good experience. The hotel has an charming German style, it is not new but in good condition. The breakfast buffet was of intercontinental standard with a German touch. Dinner was also a buffet, but in a mid range quality, matching the price. The guests were a the for our visit mostly retired and a few families with kids.

Godt værelse - flot udsigt

Godt beliggende hotel. Vores værelse lå på 9. sal med altan og fantastisk udsigt Vi var dog ikke opmærksom på at det var et resort - og deraf rigtig mange børn. Usædvanlig mange gæster til morgenmaden som deraf kunne virke en anelse kaotisk. Stort udvalg på morgenmads buffeten

In der Not für ein, zwei Nächte

Der Ausblick aus der 9. Etage auf den Wurmberg war super. Mit Kissen auf den Stühlen, hätte man abends noch mehr Freude gehabt. Mit einer besseren Belüftung im Bad, würde es vielleicht nicht so muffig riechen. Der Service zum Frühstück ist mehr als ausbaufähig. Am Buffet suchte man gesunde Anteile vergeblich, einzig das Brot war lecker; es dauerte ewig, bis die Tische neu eingedeckt wurden, abwischen bedeutete, Krümel auf den Boden zu fegen, ein Lappen für mehrere Tische und keinerlei Desinfektion. Das Personal war bei Nachfragen wenig hilfreich. Wir baten, auf der Terrasse einen Tisch trocken zu wischen und erhielten die Antwort: Komme sofort. Darauf warten wir noch heute. Auf dem Zimmer wurden wir auf Bekleidungsregeln hingewiesen, jedoch kümmerte sich niemand um deren Einhaltung.

Dejligt feriehotel

Dejligt feriehotel, og vi havde halvpension, hvilket klart kan anbefales. Hovedpuden virker tynd, og for dem som har behov for at få hovedet hævet, er denne pude for tynd. Parkering oppe ved hotellet koster et gebyr, i hotellet p-kælder lidt mere, eventuelt kan man parkere nede (ca. 400 meter) før ret stejl bakke op til hotellet. 2. gang vi var på hotellet. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Dejligt hotel

Dejligt hotel i meget rolige omgivelser. Gode parkeringsforhold oppe ved hotellet, men alt mod betaling (besynderligt), og vi valgte at parkere i i hotellets p-kælder. Vi havde valgt halvpension - hvilket vi bestemt ikke fortrød. Både morgenbuffet og aftenbuffet var meget rigelig og godt, og der blev hele tiden fyldt. Det er et hotel, som vi meget gerne kommer tilbage til.
