HOLIDAY APARTMENT ON THE FOREST 1

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Your apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680m above sea level). The house is quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. Walk to the center of town in about 12-15 minutes.

EQUIPMENT:
The 40sqm, sunny apartment with terrace and lawn has been completely renovated and renovated and is very comfortable and cozy. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an extendable couch in the cozy living room for sleeping 2 more people. A kitchen and dining area (max. 4 people) are integrated in the living room with flat screen TV and stereo system. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.

OUTDOORS:
The terrace with a view of the large garden (lawn can be used) faces south. Comfortable garden furniture and loungers are available. The parking lot is in front of the house. Hiking trails and circular hiking trails start at the front door. A barbecue area will soon be set up for the facility.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Sackgasse. Gut geeignet für Workation und um mit meinem Hund der Silvesterböllerei in der Großstadt aus dem Weg zu gehen. Freundliche Anwohner, die auch mal dabei helfen, das Auto aus dem Schnee auszugraben. Vielen Dank an Frau Diedrich für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist schön, mit einem tollen Ausblick ins Grüne. Uns und unserem Hund hat die Terrasse mit der Wiese davor besonders gut gefallen. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung allerdings sehr eng, zu zweit ist sie gut.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Ist aber sehr klein. Das Bad ist für kleine Menschen gedacht. Mit mehr als zwei Personen würde ich nicht einreisen.Sehr schöne Gegend für Menschen mit Hunden. Garten sehr groß, aber Gemeinschaftlich und nicht eingezäunt.Kommunikation sehr nett und problemlos. Parkplatz vorhanden.Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür.Preis etwas zu teuer. Mit Hunden 500 Euro pro vier Nächte.Trotzdem sehr gelungene Urlaub.nicht eingezäunt.

Alles was man meint zu brauchen ist da

kurz und bündig die Schlüsselübergabe beim Check-in, trotzdem bis auf einen Punkt gut. Das Objekt ist "normal" eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man brauchen könnte (Geschirr, teilw. Kochzubehör wie Gewürze, Bücher, Ausflugstipp). Gute Raumaufteilung, gute Nachbarschaft, sehr gute Lage um mit einem Haustier zu Urlauben (große Wiese mit direktem Zugang dazu). Im Ort bekommt man auch alles was benötigt wird. Die örtliche Gastronomie ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es gibt schon eine gewisse Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Küchen. Check-Out ebenso einfach. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das Thema Müll-Entsorgung könnte besser erklärt, bzw. eingerichtet werden. Beim Bezug war alles frisch, jetzt hat sich über ein paar Tage Müll angesammelt. Die Container sollten beim Haus stehen, da standen nur die vom Nachbarhaus, so mussten wir diese befüllen. Vielleicht lagen wir sogar richtig damit....

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage, der perfekte Aufenthaltsort für Naturliebhaber! Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und die Küche mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, die man für ein paar Ferientage braucht! Frau Diedrich war eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die uns zudem noch Ausflugtipps gegeben hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Pro: - Die Übergabe durch Frau Diedrich war flott, unkompliziert und sehr nett - Es war alles da, was man braucht. - Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig gelegen. - Heller Wohnraum - Großer Garten Ausbaufähig: - Das Internet/ WLan ist sehr langsam. Ich denke, im Zeitalter von Online-Streaming ist es nicht genug zu sagen"WLAN vorhanden" und dann miese Qualität liefern, sondern, wenn man es anbietet, muss die Qualität auch gut sein - Der Garten ist für Hunde total super, aber leider nicht komplett eingezäunt, so dass ein abenteurlustiges Hündchen schnell mal bei den Nachbarn, oder schlimmer, auf der Strasse landen kann - Die beiden Stühle im Essbereich sind auf Dauer total ungemütlich. Wir haben da Abends gerne gespielt, hatten aber unheimlich Schwierigkeiten zu sitzen Leider wohl nicht zu ändern: - In Dusche/ Toilette sind kaum Ablagen - Küche hat kaum Ablagen/ Stauraum für Vorräte Ansonsten waren wir (2 Personen) sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten einen entpannenden, erholsamen Urlaub im Harz und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal dort Urlaub machen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Hundebesitzer

Wir waren vier Nächte mit unseren Hunden in der FW. Diese war super gepflegt, alles soweit vorhanden. Mega die Gartenanbindung und von dort ist man eigentlich schon auf den ersten Wanderwegen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
