A bathroom with a shower and window, a hair dryer, and toiletries (soap) is at your disposal.

Feel free to use our board games for entertainment.

You can sleep in our great king-size double beds, measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, in the bedroom. Our high-quality bunk bed (90 x 2.00 m) with a full-size mattress awaits you in the other bedroom. The fifth bed (90 x 1.90 m) is also located here; it pulls out from under the bunk bed as a pull-out bed. All of our beds are suitable for people with allergies.

There is a shared sauna in the building. It is available for use by all guests. Sauna towels are not provided at the accommodation. Please bring your own.

We’re happy to provide a baby cot in the apartment free of charge, subject to availability; please bring your own bedding, sheets, and mattress pads. A mattress is provided,

Our service fee includes Wi-Fi, a parking space, a starter cleaning kit, and the final cleaning of the apartment.

Your parking spot for your car or motorcycle is right outside the door.

To help you relax after a long journey, we’ve provided you with our starter package free of charge. You won’t need to go shopping right away. It includes coffee, tea, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, cleaning supplies, and cleaning rags. This should be enough to get you started, and for restocking, you’ll find addresses for local supermarkets—such as EDEKA, Penny, and Aldi—in our digital guest guide.

Additional fees apply only for:

- our service fee of €75.00, which includes towels and bed linens, Wi-Fi, a parking space, a starter cleaning kit, and the final cleaning of the apartment.

- Bringing a dog. We charge a one-time fee of 15.00 € per dog for final cleaning; the dog’s stay is free of charge.

- The tourist tax for adults and for children ages 6–17, per person per day.

These fees are in addition to the accommodation cost. The service fee is automatically included in the booking. If you are travelling with a dog, you must select this option during the booking process. All costs will then be displayed at the time of booking. You will receive a separate email from us regarding payment of the tourist tax.

- Our linens package. We’re happy to provide you with bed linens, 1 small towel, and 1 large towel for 10.00 euros per person. This fee is not included.

- A hearty breakfast buffet awaits you at our partner hotel. For 15.90 euros per person and 8.90 euros per child, you’re welcome to take advantage of this offer. There’s a sign-up sheet on the table in your holiday rental where you can simply sign up by 6:00 p.m. the day before. Payment is then made on site.
