While the outside appearance is a bit modest, it is typical of the surrounding area - an older city block but with immediate access to many great tourist activities. "Our host Andrei deserves the highest recommendation possible. We had a wonderful stay in a great unit, close to most everything Old Town Brasov has to offer. In this case we had a mechanical issue with the hot water heater, and he replied instantly. When he said he would be over in minutes, he was being honest. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "
