The Owner will be in the 2nd House to Manage and Maintain the property.

Grant Island is a 1.4 Acre Island Located on Brantingham Lake, NY in the Adirondacks.
Brantingham Lake is essentially a private lake with limited public access.

Included with your rental is a pontoon boat that accommodates up to 8 of your guests. You also get 3 additional Electric boats. One fits 6 guests and the others 3. Use them for recreation around the lake or to travel back and forth to the parking area that is only 2-3 minute boat ride away.

The Island:

Take the 2-person canoes and paddle around Brantingham Lakes' beautiful scenery.

Grant Island is great for Pets. They will thank you for the freedom to run free!
There is a Pet Limit of 4. Additional Pets, up to 6, allowed for an additional $150 per pet..

The owner of the island has 1 small dog that may at times come to visit to say hello. We prefer to keep a harmonious atmosphere on the island so any animals with aggressive tendencies will not be allowed. If there is any questions or concerns at all please message us first.

Camp Fires - Each of the two main beach areas has its own fire pit.
