This Is Our Completely Remodeled Place On The Lake! Right Next To Sdc!

Our completely remodeled two bedroom, two bath non-smoking Condo is lake front on Table Rock Lake just down the hill from Silver Dollar City. Relax and enjoy the spectacular Table Rock Lake and Ozark Mountain views from our large covered deck.

This is a fantastic resort property that is beautifully decorated with first-class furnishings, a custom kitchen with granite countertops, luxury bedding, linens and a 50 inch flat screen TV. This is not a typical rental condo!

You can go to the SDC and easily come back to the condo and have lunch on your private 20Ft. deck over looking Table Rock Lake. Then return to the park for the rest of the day or stay at the resort and fish, play tennis, swim or sit on your favorite rock along the lake. It is also very close to all of the shows and restaurants that are on the famous Branson strip.

Silver Dollar City: We are just down the hill from Silver Dollar City which makes it easy to come back to the condo for lunch or take a break and then go back to the park for the rest of the day.

Getting out on the Lake: Walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for crystal clear swimming and great fishing! If you want to go water skiing or fishing you can rent a a boat or wave runner just at the Marina just down the road.

Outdoor adventures are all around for your family or group to enjoy. Whether you enjoy swimming in the resort swimming pool (open until September 21st), hiking the numerous area trails, playing tennis, or just relaxing on the screened in deck with the cool lake breeze enjoying a great book, our place has it all. There is even a zipline adventure center with waterslides just 1.5 miles from the condo.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook a great meal! You can sit indoors and seat six for dinner, but most visitors enjoy sitting on the covered deck. There is a table on the deck perfect for a family or a romantic dinner for two. NOTE: For security purposes, there is a single camera positioned at the front stairwell and patio area. This camera is not monitored unless there is a complaint from neighbors regarding noise or inappropriate behavior.

Wonderful Stay Next to SDC

This was a wonderful 2 bedroom condo to stay with my husband, son, daughter in law, and grandson! We really enjoyed the location as it was convenient for us to come back to the condo and then go to SDC again later in the day!

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely view. Beds were comfortable as were all furnishings. Ceiling fan in master was wobbly and a few updates could be made. Overall, it's a great place to stay and we'd stay here again.

Great location for going to Silver Dollar City. Unit was clean, comfortable, very nice. Had laundry soap available, so we even washed our clothes after sweating at Silver Dollar City!

Great location for weekend in Branson. Parked and in silver dollar city within minutes (if you ignore time waiting for the shuttle). Easy to get to Branson West, the strip, and the Landing. Condo was easy to find, traffic wasn't an issue even on a busy weekend at SDC. Condo was comfy, clean, and has everything we needed.

The overall condo was as advertised with a nice peekaboo view of the lake. It was well appointed and had everything you need. The owners have some of the best communication an owner could have. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and updated. We liked the location. Easy to get to a lot of things in Branson area. Beautiful patio. The only downside we had was the first bedroom mattress smelled bad and the trail down to the lake was rough and it is a little bit of a walk (not lake side). We enjoyed our stay though.

Perfect for fall & SDC

Beautiful condo. It was well stocked, super clean, seasonally decorated and cozy. The back porch was the perfect place to sit around and visit. Was able to lay in bed with the curtains open & watch the sunrise over the beautiful autumn trees. Location was perfect. We went to silver dollar city, and it was so nice being close and. It fighting the holiday traffic. Plan to stay here again next summer.

Cozy condo with a great view

We chose the condo as it was close to Silver Dollar City. We walked in to Christmas decorations, such a surprise . Very peaceful sitting outside on deck enjoying the great view . Very clean and updated. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom does wobble if fan is on high but if you keep on low, no issues . We would definitely recommend and stay again in future . Very responsive hosts .

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The view was fantastic. There were a couple of things that were not good and I addressed them to the owner. He did not take any action while we were there. We did not have a working coffee maker and some of the outlets were problematic

Unit was very nice and clean. Very close to SDC. Totally enjoyed it! The only hiccup was the front door lock was somewhat aggravating. Continue to enter code,it will unlock!😊very dim front porch light.would have been handy for coming in late after the show! Definitely would recommend to others!

Couldve Been Perfect

Yes this is a remodeled property and very tastefully done. The suggestion i would give the owners/mgt is to spend some time with maint staff and make sure light bulbs are all working/not burnt out, remotes working, fixtures tightened and secure (toilet seat and towel holders loose/falling off wall). The location is great amd we always enjoy staying in the area. This actual unit has great view out back, great view of Silver Dollar City fireworks, plenty of fun for the familu. Id love to give 5 stars (and usually do) but this time the unit needed some attention and little more cleaning done before our arrival

Great Property But...

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It does look refreshed and was very comfortable for the 3 of us. I never had to communicate with the owners but their directions to the condo and where the trash receptacles are were confusing but thanks to Google and a little exploring, we found it. I'm not sure what other VRBO rentals provide, but there was only 1 dishwasher pod in the unit. We bring dish soap so we just washed dishes by hand and used the one pod for the checkout wash. Check-in and out was easy and the electronic lock was perfect. I do wish there was mention of the stairs in the description. I may have chosen a different place had I known that we had to carry stuff down a flight of stairs. We did manage though. Overall, I would stay there again.

Nice place

Branson had just had some major storms before we arrived. I believe the unit had a lightening strike. We did not have hot water or cable when we first arrived. I called the owner and within minutes, he was on it! New water and cable box before we really missed it and they took care of it while we were out having fun. They even offered another place if it wasn't fixed. Outstanding customer service! The condo was very nice, updated kitchen, beds were comfortable, and inside was very clean. The view was fantastic, but the patio needed to have the pollen washed off. Overall, fantastic stay.
