Nice Condos however…….

Condo(s) was very clean and nicely cooled upon arrival. Had everything we needed. Area quiet and appreciated no fireworks posted signs. Ground unit was ideal since we brought our small dog. The patio provided access to large grassy area behind the building. However we were misinformed when renting that these two units, #1 and #2, were connected with only one access. So to our surprise the units were not connected and we could only access Unit #1 and the access code would not get us in to unit #2. We had to call the support number to get an access code for unit #2. Just frustrating that we were misinformed. The AC in Unit #2 was very noisy; made loud clunky sound when running. Needs to be addressed. In agreement we were told that there would be two parking passes per unit however there was only one pass per unit. We did not require any additional spaces however this needs to be stated correctly in agreement. Overall we were pleased with the rental but suggest that the above information be appropriately stated in future agreements.
