This is a one bed-room luxury condo with a sleeper sofa. It is on located on the 2nd floor with no condo above it. It has 16 stairs to reach the front door. It has a 55" Samsung smart TV with (1) 32" Samsung smart TV in the bedroom. Samsung TV Plus & Verizon 5G high speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer in condo. Full access to 24/7 fitness center, seasonal outdoor and indoor, heated pool, hot tub, grille & bar, tennis/basketball/pickleball courts and reduced price for 18-hole golf course. You can expect an "at-home" experience with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer. We also provide complimentary Branson Bean coffee (Knights Blend Original and Decaf) for the coffee pot provided. This is a coffee has been created by Branson Knights specifically for their guests. You can't buy this blend! It's a delicious local coffee roasted by a local family. Leave your troubles behind and stretch out in this relaxing premium condo!  You have full access to the entire condo during your stay.

This particular Pointe Royale Luxury Condominium is within a few miles of the Branson 76-strip including Ruby Tuesdays, The Titanic, Clay Cooper Theatre, National Enquirer, Americana Theatre, the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Marina, the Track, Ferris Wheel and Big Foot among others.  Everything within the Pointe Royale is within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are available to assist in transportation needs as well as local taxi companies. Everyone is very friendly!  

When you reserve from us, you are reserving from a local family. This is our small business and we are on property everyday. Don is also on the Board of Directors for the condo association at The Pointe. He is very involved in making sure the entire resort is perfect for your vacation!

The Farm House is NOW ACCEPTING DOGS. Dogs over 30lbs are not permitted and certain restrictions do apply. No more than 2 dogs permitted due to The Pointe’s policies. Photo of dog(s) MUST be sent to Branson Knights prior to acceptance. WE DO NOT CHARGE extra to bring the dog(s) nor do we charge an extra security deposit.

The Pointe requires that the dog(s) remain leashed while outside the condo and ALL poop is collected when walking the dog(s) outside. We require that the dog(s) remained kenneled when no one is inside the condo and the dog(s) stay off the beds and furniture at all times during the entirety of the vacation. Should you fail to disclose your dog(s) and bring them anyways, you agree to forfeit the entire security deposit. Everything still applies to service animals however we do require that they remain with the owner the entire time and are never left alone in the condo.

When you book this condo, you will receive an email from Lodgify 20 days prior to arrival to complete. This form will give you a 6 letter Booking Reservation code that you'll enter into the Lodgify Guest app to access the check-in information. When you book this condo, you agree to this and understand that the check-in information is ONLY released through the Lodgify Guest app.
