The Space:

Make the most of your beautiful views in the home’s sunny, enclosed patio with games, a 4-person table perfect for cards, and a cozy sleeper sofa. There’s more living space to enjoy inside where additional couches face a large smart tv and the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, toaster, and coffee bar is ready for all your cooking at home needs. Dine at the formal dinner table for 6 and be sure to take advantage of resort amenities like the 18-hole golf course.



This home sleeps up to 11 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the sunroom, and bunk beds in the loft.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, cable tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 is a loft and is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunkbed and a twin-over-full bunkbed. The bunk room also has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

- 2 parking spaces are provided.

- This is a walk-up unit, with stairs required (16 steps).

- No pool access, for owners use only.

The place was perfect for our short trip to Branson. It is very close to everything. There is plenty of space for both resting in the rooms and visiting in the common spaces. The kitchen had more than enough for us stocked. The view at the golf course was nice to look at each morning. I have nothing to complain about. We would definitely return!

Very clean and comfortable property. Close to all the attractions. Must be able to climb flight of steps to enter condo, and be flexible enough to get into the taller bathtub in the master bedroom.

Perfect condo to share with friends

This golf condo met all our needs - a bathroom for each of the bedrooms, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, plenty of comfortable seating and a large table for shared meals. We loved how close we were to the shows, shopping and activities.

Branson getaway

Communication was great. I was texted a day or so before arrival to confirm processes. On the day of, I received a text with a link to all we needed to know, including door codes, Wi-Fi info, and discharge procedures. We had plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen, and a good space for all of us. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, and the loft space was great for the kids. The condo is close to downtown and Branson landing, and a quick drive to silver dollar city. The owners are responsive and we will keep them on our list for foster stays.

The property was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only negatives that we experienced were maintenance issues with the dishwasher and freezer. These appliances were difficult to open and did not function properly

Very nice place overall. There were a few tiny things that would have made our stay even better.1. The skylight in the kids area woke up the kids too early (6am) and could not find a way to cover it.2. There were lots of extra pillow choices but we could not find any pillow cases in any closet to use with these pillows. Still a nice location, clean, and roomy place to stay. We will be back, just small suggestions.

Fantastic Property

This condo was beautiful and very nicely furnished. It is in great location and very quiet. There is a view of the Thousand Hills golf course at the back of the condo. The bedrooms were separated out nicely and it felt like you had your own space. The beds were comfortable, except the pull-out couch in the sunroom or room at the back. It needed a little more padding, but with all the other beds we didn't have a problem. They provided games and toys which was a plus for the young ones. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Super clean! Nice place.

This was probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. We enjoyed having the lights on and the jazz music on the tv when we arrived. Communication was great. We were there in September (not peak season), but the unit and community seemed quiet. We never heard neighbors. The kids bunk beds were very sturdy (we’ve stayed in places where the bunk beds were noisy and rickety). It’s about 18 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and 5 minutes from lots of places on 76.

Great Family Accommodations

We had 8 family members stay at this condo, 4 adults and 4 children ages 7-16. They absolutely loved the loft and bunk beds and the entire place worked out perfectly for us!! It was close to all the activities we wanted to get to, but far enough off 76 Country Boulevard that it was quiet. We really enjoyed watching the golfers each morning before leaving for our day of activities and it was nice to be able to return each evening to cook our own meals. Our only suggestion would be to replace the toilet in the master with a taller one, as it seemed really, really low. That being said, we would definitely stay here again, the next time we come to Branson.

Great space for large family and close to everything

We really enjoyed staying here. We had one issue and the management were attentive and resolved it. This was on the 3rd floor, but the 1st floor was below the parking lot so stairs wise it was only one flight up. Very clean property. There were toys for kids to enjoy and plenty of space for our family of 10 to relax and eat. There was a pool right out front of the rental that wasn't listed as an amenity and we didn't end up using it. Many items in kitchen for cooking our own food. A/C worked great. We didn't have any noise issues from neighbors. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. Would recommend splitting up showers for large families/group to ensure warm water for all. We would use this rental again!

Overall this place was really good. Super clean, comfy beds, family friendly, great location, check in and checkout was easy. A lot of things were great about it. But there was zero communication from the management company. You are asked to text them instead of messaging through VRBO which is a red flag in itself IMO. None of my questions or concerns before, during, or after our stay were addressed at all. Just texting into the void with no response. Luckily nothing too big went wrong or was broken. So if you are okay not having any support of thing s go wrong then this place will work for you too. Also no coffee or K cups to be found. BYOC

Great Location

This property was in a really good location as far as being 15 minutes from most major attractions including Silver Dollar City, the Landing, and Table Rock State Park. Less than 5 minutes from the strip, grocery store, and Walmart. We found the property to be clean and spacious for our family of 6. 3 full bathrooms was a major plus. A few things to note: this is owned by a Property Management company and they do run a background check on you. There will be minimal communication aside from a text shortly before your arrival but they do respond to text messages. There are hotel size soaps and shampoos provided along with dish soap and a few coffee pods. No facial tissue (Kleenex) provided but plenty of toilet paper (hotel quality) and trash bags provided. We are a family who cooks on vacation and the kitchen was mostly well stocked however I’d recommend bringing tongs, dish cloths, dish towels, and napkins. Paper towels and a very flimsy disposable sponge are provided. There isn’t a yard area so if you have little ones who need to run around you will need to go elsewhere. The mattresses are pretty firm, particularly the queen bed. I like a firm mattress but found this one pretty rough on my back. Lots of space here and many tvs to keep a big group happy. Would stay again.
