Swansons King Suite awaits you! The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, and Smart TV.

The Space:
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. A dining table for 2 is available to enjoy your meals.

The condo sleeps 4 comfortably between the bedroom, and the sofa sleeper.

The bedrooms is situated with a King bed, TV, en-suite, jetted tub, and patio access. The en-suite is equipped with a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-down unit from the front, and walk-in from the side parking lot.
- Parking is available for two spaces directly in front of the building.
- Community pool use is NOT permitted for guests.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
- All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

Host was quick to answer questions per text. Property clean and very quiet. WI FI did not work well for us, so use our personal hot spot. Enjoyed our stay there.

Close to everything.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very close to everything. Very nice, large, comfortable bedroom. It was perfect for me and my husband. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Hospitality!

Easy booking and great communication with the owners. Upon arrival we were surprised with a plant and a fruit bowl in recognition of our anniversary. We were also provided with two complementary tickets to the Hughes Brothers Show which was very entertaining. We will definitely stay here again.

Review

Nice unit in quiet neighborhood at a good price. Only complaints are that the shower floor and bathroom floor were not cleaner and that I was told to communicate with management by text only. I think it is a sad commentary on business relationships when you are not willing to speak with the customer.

As Expected

The property was fine! We had some trouble regulating the temperature, which if you’re sensitive to cold/hot, that might be an issue. We just snuggled up to keep warm. I don’t think the temp got above 66 inside the unit the whole time we were there. Otherwise, the unit was clean and well kept. The property manager reached out before we arrived, which was so kind and helpful! We had to contact them on account of some pests, but it was handled quickly and professionally. We will absolutely stay here again.

Very Comfortable

We walked in to the space with light music playing and a side table light on. The entire area was spotless, and smelled fresh. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. The furnishings were exactly as listed. The communication with the people was great. They even sent a message when there was a tornado warning and what we needed to do. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We were minutes away from the downtown area. We were blessed with 2 free tickets to a show and the show was amazing. We had no trouble getting our complementary tickets. We would absolutely stay here again!!

In perfect location. Only one suggestion. You might take an extra pillow with you. 3 pillows and the person that only got one pillow slept on a flat pillow. Other that that, GREAT

Ad was misleading

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Plenty of towels. The disappointment we experienced was due to the ad saying there was a washer and dryer with instructions to put the towels in the washer. There was NO washer and dryer. We expressly chose this unit because the ad said there was one. We had to take time out of our vacation to locate a laundry mat and wash/dry our clothes. The kitchen was also disappointing. There was no stovetop or oven. Only a microwave. We had planned to cook most of our meals, but ended up incurring added expenses of dining out. I would recommend updating the ad for this until so that other travels can make a more informed choice.

This condo was very nice. Comfortable and well-decorated. It had a nice patio overlooking the tennis court and pool. The bed was a little soft for us but comfortable. Good communication. We like this location. Close to everything. Would stay again.

Great little condo!

We came for the MO NASP State Archery Tournament, that was held on the Landing. We didn’t want to be right in the midst of all the coming and going traffic, so we looked for a place within a few miles of the convention center - but, not right at the convention center. We were very pleased to find this little condo! It was in a great central location, with easy access to all Branson has to offer; yet, it was also secluded and quiet. The condo itself was perfect for my husband and I. Just enough space to be comfortable. The bed was super soft and comfortable, which, is always a plus when staying away from home! Upon arrival, there was music playing on the two TV’s, and we thought that was a nice welcoming touch. Check in was great, had all the details that were needed in plenty of time before actually arriving to the destination. Overall, a great condo, and a great experience!

The room was so nice! Newer carpets and furnishings, and a genuinely pleasant place to stay! The spa music being left on when we arrived was a fantastic touch! We loved everything about our stay! Will Definitely stay here again!
