Our extended family stayed at the property over the 4th of July holiday. The home was on a quiet street and we had easy access to activities in the area.
We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. When we arrived there was lots of dust, and splatters on the wall - like food or drinks - and there weren't any cleaning supplies that we could find to wipe the counters/dust so we ended up purchasing some products and cleaning the counters and walls. When we pulled out the trundle bed in the downstairs bedroom for one of the kids to use the sheet was dirty; when we went to use the washer there was mold in the bottom from the front-load door being shut while still wet. The furniture was cheap, drawers would stick, and the futons weren't overly comfortable. The towels were small and non-absorbent.
The living room area didn't allow for a lot of gathering room but the deck was nice and provided additional space.
The home was adequate and we wouldn't be so critical about some things if the price we were charged wasn't what we consider more on the luxury price side.
We were able to utilize the pool at the properties next door for a small fee, would be great if this VRBO worked with that management to include access as a part of the VRBO.
Scott was great about responding to info and requests and I think the property has the potential to be a great VRBO but overall we were disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities, or lack thereof.
