Private Pool opens for the season starting March 10! Our 12 bedroom home includes 11 king master bedrooms, a bunk room, queen pull out sofa and 4 twin beds for additional sleeping. The Bunkroom includes 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds- Sleeps 12! All king master bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, dressers, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo with the exception of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and handheld shower head for ease of use.
There is one step going up from the driveway to the main level of the house, which has four master bedrooms & no stairs. However, there are stairs going to the upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms.

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and patio seating off the back deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking together easy and fun! The large dining table can seat 24 comfortably. 2 separate family rooms give so many options!! The upstairs game room complete with a pool table, air hockey, multiple game arcade, foosball and TV for your enjoyment. Downstairs has 4 king master bedrooms, gaming console, extra seating, a sectional around a large flat screen TV, fridge, laundry and patio door to back deck, spa and pool. There are two motion activated cameras on the back of the house monitoring the backyards for the safety of the property, the private pool and when the house is unoccupied. Nice place for a large group

The property is clean, the pool is nice, every bedroom has both a king sized bed a private bathroom. Of all the places we've stayed at family reunions over the years, this one was the favorite.

Great Property for a large group!

The property was outstanding! Very clean and very functional. We were a group of 12 guys on a golf trip. Bedroom and bath for each guest and the house was very well equipped! Great pool, hot tub and multiple spots to sit and socialize as a group. Melissa was easy to reach and everything was as advertised with no issues. Would stay here again. This property would easily accommodate 12 couples and kids! If there was one wish, a big screen on the main level to watch games while cooking and eating.

Our family has been coming to Branson on this weekend since 2002 22 years and counting. We only missed 2020. We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for us. We all had our own room with private bathroom. The kids loved the bunk room. The game room was great too! From the youngest to the oldest fun was had by all. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of activities. The younger kids were so sad the pool was cold but maybe next time. We will be back.

Branson Mansion For the Win

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our large group (17 adults). The house was super clean, updated and state of the art. Every couple had their own spacious King size bedroom (the beds were so comfy) and private bathroom. The multi-level floors and living space ensured that our large group could spread out and not feel cramped over our 4-day stay. The recently added pool, firepit and outdoor space is AHHH-mazing. It literally feels like you are at a private resort. The kitchen was huge with plenty of cabinet and countertop space for meal prep. One of our favorite features was the huge dining table that allowed our entire group (with plenty of room for more) to sit down for meals together. We hired a private chef, The Rogue Chef, from Branson to come in an prepare a 4-course meal for us and served us at the table. For being from Kansas City, this Branson house and the amazing accommodations felt like a true getaway vacation outside of our home state. Highly recommend. Melissa was so great to work with so we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect 4th!

There were a bunch of us! And this house was perfect for our family celebration over 4th of July. 12 bedrooms - all with king beds - were ideal. Each comes with it's own bathroom, so no sharing needed. The house is divided into 3 floors - each with 4 bedrooms so getting away from the crowd was easily achieved. The kitchen setup was great too. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers is a must for this large of a group. Check! Plenty of dishware, silverware and cooking equipment. It also has an icemaker but in the middle of the summer heat, having extra ice on hand is expected. The pool! It was setup perfect for our group. We had several kids on the early part of learning to swim independently. The shallow end (not quite a zero-entry but close) was great and included an umbrella which covered most of the shallow area. But it also accommodated the 'big' kids as well. The summer heat kept the pool warm (too warm?) until the sun went to the other side of the house. Not sure how you'd ever fix that. To note, most of us went to Table Rock Lake for 1 day. It's about 30 minutes to the lake. But that's small potatoes considering the otherwise nice (and quiet) location. If Branson is your destination and you have a large clan to accommodate. Put this at the top of your list.
