The Space:

Step inside Pond View Getaway and you’re welcomed by an inviting open living space designed for easy vacation living. The kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, featuring a drip/Keurig combo coffee maker and a counter with seating for four—perfect for chatting while meals come together. Just beyond, a dining table for six invites everyone to gather for meals or game night. The cozy living room centers around a smart TV with a comfortable couch and two armchairs, creating the ideal place to unwind after a day out. Large sliding glass doors draw your eye outside to the private balcony, where a table for four and comfortable seating make al fresco dining or evening drinks overlooking the pond feel like a daily ritual.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a cable TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located to the left of the front door and monitoring the outside entry area.
