The living room is very comfortable leather reclining sofa to kick back and watch your favorite TV show. The Kitchen, Living and dining area is bright and open. Begin your morning sitting out on the covered deck, sipping your coffee and listening to the soothing water fountain at the pond. This unit also features high speed WiFi for your convenience along with a washer and dryer and another movable wall mounted 55” TV in the dining room. (This unit is on the second floor but how the condo is built you actually go down 7 steps to enter the front door). We also supply a Queen deluxe air mattress with linens for your use to sleep up to 4 guests. The Grille Restaurant is located on the bottom floor of the clubhouse. Pointe Royale Resort has all the amenities your family and friends to enjoy, including an award winning golf course, indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools(bring own pool towels), hot tub, exercise facilities, park with swings for the kids or young at heart and tennis courts. Also for the fisherman in the group, you’re not even a mile to the waters edge of Lake Taneycomo.
