"We enjoyed our stay at Black bear. Everything is just as it is described. Very easy check in and out. Liked how there were extra trash bags and even had plenty of coffee pods. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the golfers and relaxing. The area is quiet and condo is close to the main strip. Loved that there were plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay. Also liked they we were able to do laundry before coming home. Will definitely stay here again."
