This newly updated lake house is centrally located, within minutes of the best that Branson has to offer. Wake up, enjoy coffee on the deck and watch the fog rolling off the lake. You'll likely see heron, ducks, geese and bald eagles on a daily basis as well! Take a dip in the pool or bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock just steps away from the house.

GREAT ROOM Open and bright with skylights and windows looking out to the perfect view of the lake and docks. It has an electric fireplace and 55" smart TV.

KITCHEN: Newly updated and stocked with everything you'll need to cook those family meals, featuring quartz countertops and a large island with seating for 4. The adjacent coffee bar is prepared for all the coffee lovers. French press, K-cup style or drip coffee options are available as well as a grinder. Bring your favorite coffee or buy some of our local favorites nearby.

DINING ROOM: The open dining room is so welcoming with its bay windows and more views of the lake! views of the lake, or dine alfresco on the expansive deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill overlooking the lake.

MAIN LEVEL BEDROOMS: All main level bedrooms include a smart tv.

BEDROOM 1 is very spacious and has a king bed, french doors, a work desk and walk-in closet.

BEDROOM 2 has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious, covered screened deck that can also be accessed from the back deck with views of the lake.

BEDROOM 3 features a queen bed and high vaulted ceilings.

BEDROOM 4 hosts a king bed, closet, and has its own exterior access.

MAIN LEVEL BATHROOMS: There are 2 bathrooms on the main level, both are shared (not accessed through a bedroom) The first bathroom features a double sink, tub and separate shower.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and single sink.

UPPER LEVEL:

ENTERTAINMENT LOUNGE is located upstairs and sports a foosball table, board games and lots of comfy seating for watching tv. Walk out onto the upper deck for more lake views. There is a full size sleeper sofa here as well.

THE BUNK ROOM is also upstairs and sleeps 6. This includes 2 daybeds with trundles, and a twin over twin bunk bed. The bunk room also leads out onto the upper deck.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM The upstairs bathroom is off of the entertainment lounge and bunk room, and has a tub/shower combo.

LAUNDRY Our laundry room has tons of food storage and more, plus an additional fridge for all the meals you'll be making!

House Rules and Helpful Info:

-A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

-$400 security deposit is required.

-Check-in after 4pm, Check-out before 10am. Due to the size of our home and the time it takes to prepare it for guests, no early check-in's or late check-outs are allowed without prior approval.

-There is NO CABLE TV available, but all TV's have streaming access for all your favorite shows, movies and sports. Please bring your own user name and password to log into your accounts.

-No Animals or Pets (HOA restrictions in place) An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for animals brought into the home and you will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

-Must be 25+ years old to book.

-Lake Taneycomo is well known for it's trophy trout fishing and is a cold water lake year round. If you're looking to spend a day swimming at the lake, we highly recommend taking a short drive to Moonshine beach on Tablerock Lake.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
The address is 1707 Lake Shore Drive, Branson, MO 65616. We are House 5.

The easiest way to navigate is to tap "MAP" on the bar right at the bottom of your screen. Once on the map you will see the blue house icon. This is where you are staying. Simply click it and then click "get directions". It will open Google Maps and the end point (where you're staying!) will be filled in. You simply need to type in your starting point.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ONCE YOU GET TO THE PROPERTY: There are two houses on the property that look similar. Once you turn into the property, you want to turn turn left, passing the first house and the condos. Our house is on the south end of the condos, with a 5 on the very right of the front of the home.
