Awesome condo!

We really enjoyed the condo! It was so clean and festive for the holidays. Loved the Christmas tree! The arcade game was fun also in the bedroom. You can hear neighbors through the walls but overall everyone was respective of quiet hours. We would stay again!

This condo was perfect! The location was seriously right in the middle of everything but just off the strip so it was nice and quiet. It was very clean! It had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and 1 child. The size of the condo was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The condo is very large with a lovely balcony. The bedrooms are roomy and three bathrooms made it great for six people. The location is perfect. We were literally no more than 7 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

Our family vacation

The property was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Off the strip so it was quiet but close to the attractions we were going to so we didn’t have to drive in the traffic. It took us less than ten minutes so it was easy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and had a washer and dryer in the condo! I would highly recommend staying here!

This is a brand new property. It's not just that, there were several pros and zero cons. Here are some of the pros that I could think of: + Cleanliness + Location + Well Furnished + Plenty of Towels provided + Premium brand Shampoo, conditioner and Body wash provided + Body Lotion provided like hotels + New utensils in Kitchen + Ample parking space + Consistent supply of hot water even for a group of 9 + and many many more

Great Condo!

The condo was advertised. It was roomy, had a nice bunk room, and three bathrooms were just what we needed for the 7 of us. The pool was small but the kids enjoyed it. We were just 5 minutes from the grocery store and 15 minutes from downtown and Silver Dollar City. Although it was located on the third level, the stairs started on level 2. We just had one flight of steps to our condo. Perfect!

Wonderful Property with Excellent Management!

Very clean, spacious and well-supplied property only between 5-20 minutes from pretty much anything you'll want to see or do in Branson. But what sets this apart is the management. Very prompt and considerate replies (answers to questions and in addressing the one issue we had -- they made it MORE than right!). In addition, Xplorie reps (the tours and tickets company that provides the one free pass per day) is great to work with in finding the good deals for the rest of your party. This truly was a great experience and it was enhanced by how perfect the property was for our large family (Dad/Mom; 5 late teen/early 20s kids/steps/daughter-in-law; 2 grandkids 6&2) as a group of NINE. Book this without hesitation!

Great place just a lot of fees

It was my oversight not to scrutinize the details more closely, but I was taken aback to find that the additional fees, including cleaning, were more than the nightly rate itself. After booking, I had anticipated the total cost to be about 20-30% higher due to these fees. However, it turned out to be an astonishing 120% over the initial price. Despite this surprise, the accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It’s a charming place that I would highly recommend, especially for groups of 4-8 people. If you’re planning a group stay, it’s a fantastic choice – just be mindful of the added costs.
