Super place. Just like a model home. 4 TVs was a bit too much. Great view and friendly people. 10 degrees warmer than normal and 30 degrees warmer than home was one attraction.

Condo was as very comfortable with outstanding views of Table Rock Lake. The concierge service was appreciated. They combined knowledge of the area, most up to date show schedules, and favorable pricing to enhance the stay. Our unit met or exceeded expectations for cleanliness, ease of living, value, and quiet. Will be returning when in the area.

Pros: location, lake view, decor. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Loved this condo except for the smell (see below) Cons: musty odor throughout condo (might be coming from sunroom). Sunroom was unusable. Placed towels at bottom of door which helped odor from spreading into other rooms. Bathroom (2nd bdrm) toilet - needed a good cleaning. Odor was reason for 3 stars.

Great View, TLC needed

A beautiful home with amazing views! We were very comfortable but some updates are needed (new carpet, new chair on glass patio, and mattresses were lumpy soft). All in all though - we loved it!

I really enjoyed the property. The direction was clear, the property was clean, bed was comfortable, it was very relaxing, & it was enough space for my family. The only thing was the pool didn't open at all. My kids was upset and there wasn't any place for them to swim. Overall, I recommend anyone to stay at the property

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean & had a great view of the lake. The only thing that was disappointing was that we didn't have access to the outdoor pool closest to the condo. When I called the office I was told that didn't have a way to print a key card to get in.

PROS:The views were fantastic from the Condo. The condo was very rummy and had nice larege mb closet. The sunroom was very enjoyable place to relax. CONS: Condo has lots of tiny nats all over. The carpet is stained all over and dirty. Kitchen did not have dish towels or any type of cleaning clothes or products to clean stove. Furniture on the balcony, in my opinion, was too large. Made it difficult to get around. Same with the coffee table in sunroom. Place needs a good cleaning.

Pictures of room in Expedia listing were not of our condo. Listing said condo was “steps from the lake” - there is no designated lake access from the Majestic. You can reach the lake through some trees (no path) but not great spot for fishing. Room cleanliness was okay, some trash found behind bedroom furniture near plug ins. And wi-fi could not support the several smart TVs in unit, so most couldn’t access streaming apps. Slight musty smell in unit but manageable. Overall it wasn’t a terrible stay and the condo was fine, in a quiet area, and beds were comfortable. Just unfortunately not as advertised.
