Great View and Location

My husband, teens, myself and in-laws stayed here over Easter weekend. It is a beautiful property with great views; the patio was my mother-in-law's favorite spot, even in the rain. It was a great location for us as well. We'd definitely stay again.

Family vacation with grandkids

When we arrived at our condo we were very pleasantly surprised. It meet all our expectations it was spacious, clean, with an outstanding view of the river. The loft bedroom is where the kids hung out and we spent time on the back porch taking in the views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen could do with a little updating, but very well equipped. Our grandkids used the clubhouse basketball court, pool, and tennis courts. The condo was in a great location for us. We didn't want to stay in town with the crowds and traffic. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive. Very nice place, we would highly recommend.

Great Location

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was within 15 minutes of all shows and attractions. The only driving that took 20 minutes was going to Super Walmart in West Branson (much better store than the one on the strip). The view was wonderful and the unit was well stocked with everything I would need for cooking all our meals. We did have a problem with water leak from the refrigerator - I call the manager and there was someone there within 5 minutes and had it fixed within ten minutes. We would most defiantly stay here again.

Great location and stay.

This condo was great for our family. They have a well stocked kitchen of supplies for cooking. Plenty of room with a good view of the lake. Never needed anything so didn't have to contact the owners at all. Great stay overall. Recommend the stay.

Perfection! This place was so great last year that we stayed again. So clean and had everything we needed! Loved the vacinity to the pool and clubhouse. The view of the river was incredible. We will stay here again.

A GREAT place to stay in Branson! We’ll be back!!

Very spacious condo for all 7 members of our family to stay!! Beautiful and clean! There’s a screened in back deck/sun room looking into the river and trees! Such a lovely location! The outdoor pool & hot tub with live music one night, was a lot of fun too! We will definitely be coming back to stay at this property!!!

Great place!

One of the best rental experiences I’ve had in a long time! Very clean and comfortable, great location and instructions. Best of all no long list of things to do at checkout- just a few veery reasonable requests and we were out the door. Would recommend!

Everyone loved your condo. Our grandsons loved the pool and pickle ball court. The are near the lake was quite and restful especially the screened porch. Could another stay in future plans!

I loved this property. Everything was accurate as described in the listing. Owner had thoughtful touches added and we enjoyed every moment. Beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and the big table was perfect for family game time. Very secure and I felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Branson condo on the river

We had great time with family from two states meeting in the middle at Branson. The week after New Years - many entertainment venues closed, however the decorations are still up. And we loved the hiking, Aquarium & indoor pool at condo.

It was so fun. View was incredible!! My 4 yr old granddaughter loved the indoor pool!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!! We enjoyed the baby birds in the wreath on the door. So sweet. We just looked didn't disturb them at all. We would definitely stay there again!! The playground was great too!! Thank you so much!!!

Condo was great!

We had a group of 3 couples. We decided we would cook simple meals at the condo, and we were very impressed with the dishes and pots and pans available. We liked the privacy of the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the enclosed patio. There is a nice walking trail along the river that starts right at the end of this condo. We would enjoy staying at this condo again. We had several questions regarding the condo and what supplies were there prior to arriving, and we got very quick responses from the host. Thank you!

Christmas Get away

Thankful for this little get away with my family this Christmas season. Easily accommodated 7-8 people in beds with 3 full bathrooms to share. The dining area was a little tight for all of us to fit comfortably. A little difficult to regulate the temperature bc the upstairs loft bedroom got hot.This was an older unit but all appliances worked well.The patio views were beautiful and I can imagine it’s a great place to have morning coffee when the weather is warmer. Owners responded in a reasonable amount of time. Check in was fairly easy.My only suggestion is for the property to provide shampoo/ conditioner like most VRBOs do and proper hand soap. The soap dispensers looked as if someone just added water to the liquid soapsThank you Marshal

Girls' Spring Break Trip

Me, my daughter, her friend, and her friend's mother all stayed here for spring break this year. We absolutely LOVED this condo! We were at the very back of the rows of buildings, and it was extremely quiet. We had a wonderful view of the river right behind us, and spent a couple of nice mornings out on the back patio enjoying the quiet and scenic view. We unfortunately did not have a lot of time at the condo, which left us wishing that we could have had one more day just hanging out there. The Point Royale community is the best in the area...quiet, yet very close to the "main drag" through Branson. Only 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. There is a great club house with a cafe just up the street/hill from the condo with great food. The workout center is just the right size for several people to be in there and still get in a good workout. The condo was very well appointed, and we were not missing a thing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone slept very well every night. Communicating with the owner was always easy, and she was always responsive. We inquired about a kitchen item, were told that was one thing that was not there (which was fine!), and lo and behold...it was there when we arrived! We greatly appreciated that small but personal response. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again another time! Many thanks to the owner for sharing her beautiful condo and for being so great to work with. Kudos!
