Welcome to Rolling Hills Retreat! THE BEST LOCATION FOR EASY ACCESS TO ALL OF THE BRANSON AREA!

This huge, 1,700 sq. ft. condo is the perfect home base to relax during your unforgettable vacation exploring Branson's famous lakes, family-friendly attractions, dining at great restaurants, going for a dip in the outdoor pool or taking in the beautiful scenery of the Ozark Mountains, all while making lifelong memories.

The open and spacious floor plan flows from the fully equipped kitchen through the dining area and family room to the private balcony with scenic views of the beautiful landscape. The condo offers 2 master suites (1 master suite has a kitchenette), jacuzzi tub and a large kitchen with everything you need for the cooking enthusiast. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. In addition, there are 4 flat-screen TVs with a 65” smart TV in the living room, games for all ages, 2 private balconies to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, in-unit laundry and plenty of parking. The condo is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways, one floor, elevator and parking lot ramp.

You will sleep well in any of our large bedrooms, each with King size mattresses, boasting luxurious bedsheets, comforters and blankets. In addition to the bedrooms, the family room couch pulls out into a full sofa sleeper. You can count on the fact that you will be comfortable and have everything you need at your fingertips to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Our condo is conveniently located 1 mile from the US-65 highway giving you easy access to all of Branson's famous attractions; Silver Dollar City (12 Min), Table Rock Lake (12 Min), Downtown Branson (8 Min), The Landing (8 Min), The Strip (10 Min), Top of the Rock (20 Min), Branson RecPlex/AquaPlex (2 Min) and all of the restaurants, activities and shows. You are located less than a mile from the best place to do your shopping…Super Walmart along with a Target, Aldi and various other stores and restaurants.

Our condo is only a 1/2 mile from the famous Branson RecPlex/AquaPlex which is a wonderful facility that includes a 44,000 sq. ft. recreation center with gymnasiums, fitness center, indoor track and a 12,000 sq. ft. aquatic center that are all available to you for a nominal fee. Adults and kids will both love visiting this awesome facility!

Who loves the lake? Our condo is a short drive to all three of the area’s pristine lakes: Table Rock, Taneycomo and Bull Shoals. Water sports enthusiasts can swim, water ski, wakeboard, tube, boat, sail, scuba dive, jet ski, parasail, kayak and, of course, fish. The lakes’ waters never freeze, welcoming visitors to enjoy activities on the water year-round. Enjoy easy access to the water at a number of public marinas and boat dock/launch areas. Several commercial docks offer fishing guide services and a wide range of boat rentals, including ski boats, pontoon boats, bass boats and wave runners.

Plan on golfing when you visit? Our condo is a golfer’s paradise! It is only 1 mile from nationally acclaimed Branson Hills Golf Club which is the Golf Channel’s “2021 Golf Advisor Choice” for the #1 best golf course in Missouri.

Kitchen/ living area was plenty big for six adults. Nice having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Very thankful for the elevator which was very close to our room. Enjoyed sitting on balcony… nice view. Overall a very good place to stay. Owner was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay together

My brother, sister and her husband, and my wife and I stayed. Great place! Very quiet. Much better than 3 different hotel rooms--and cheaper than 3 rooms. We were very comfortable in the living room or on the balconies. Was our first time sharing a condo, and we would do it again. Thanks to the hosts!

Rest & relax

We are from MN and met friends/family from Wi. This is a perfect spot that is close to all the attractions and restaurants but quiet and secluded. We stayed in and played cards a couple of the nights and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us around the table.

3 bedroom dream

This condo was wonderful! We had 3 couples, one with an infant and all of us had a wonderful king size bed with our own beautiful bathroom. The kitchen was wonderful to use for dinner and our breakfasts and had everything we needed. We will stay here again!

Amazing Stay!!

This condo is stunning and in a beautiful location! We came for a baseball tournament and could walk to the Rec-Plex if we wanted, but were also only 10-15 minutes from the other tourist sites of Branson. The pool was a great bonus for our kiddos as was the beautiful golf course right next door. The owners are so nice and helpful as well. Can’t recommend this condo enough!!

Home away from home!

It was lovely to come back to such a nice space after being out and about most the day. Enjoyed our mornings and evening either setting on the balcony or in the living room with our tea and coffee! Would love to come again.

Friends Trip

Wonderful, spacious and clean condo. We had a small issue when checking in but one call to Brian and it was quickly taken care of. Brian also checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we were not needing anything else. We were traveling as three senior couples and it was nice that we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic Condo and Centrally Located

We had a family of 7 stay for 8 days at this amazing condo. It was clean, spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. The host provided many amenities other hosts do not including trash bags, soap for cleaning dishes and even ziplock bags. The pool at the condo was nice, as was the complex. Host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommended!
