  • Updated and upgraded! You will love our newly remodeled spacious condo located at the beautiful, gated, Pointe Royale Golf Resort! Pack your clubs and swimsuits and get ready for a relaxing vacation that will leave you feeling refreshed! The Clubhouse is located within WALKING distance from our front door. Indoor/Outdoor POOLS, GOLF, PICKLEBALL, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, PLAYGROUNDS, FISHING, 24/7 FITNESS CENTER and miles of beautiful walking trails on the property. Have breakfast at the Grill or prepare your own in our fully stocked kitchen. We provide all the cooking and baking essentials as well as coffee! Enjoy a drink on the cozy screened in patio.
    The living room features 2 large sofas with power recliners to relax in while watching the SMART TV.
    Our beds are brand new in 2022! The main area features 2 large bedrooms with brand new KING sized beds and luxury linens. Turn in early to watch TV in bed or enjoy sleeping late in the morning with the black out curtains. A KIDS bunkroom is upstairs with their own smart TV, Nugget couches, beds, and best of all, their own full bath!

Excellent Place for Families

We stayed here with 2 other families. Perfect location for young kids! Plenty of room with spaces perfect for kids to play. A short walk to the pool as well!

Branson Silver Dollar City Getaway Weekend

We have booked through Vrbo before, but not at this property in Branson. The resort and condo lived up to its advertising. Everything was clean, nice, quiet and close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. Our family had a wonderful weekend!

Nice & Relaxing

This was a perfect getaway spot. We liked that it was in a private community so it was quiet and relaxing. Our daughter loved the pool and getting to sleep in the bunk beds! The screened in deck was also nice because we could sit outside at night or in the morning without getting bit up by bugs.

Holiday get away with the kids!

This property was very nice, just as described in the listing. This is a gated community, so you feel safe and secure. The kids loved the kids loft! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Only thing that Icould improve on is the number of trash bags left, if you have a large group or at the condo long you may need extra trash bags.

Wonderful Condo!!!

I have stayed in alot of VRBO properties and this is absolutely one of the best I have been in. The hostess was GREAT! The condo was clean, had everything that you would need. Although we were only there for a short time it was perfect. I will be renting this again any time I am in the area. THANKS!!!

Wonderful week!

We loved the close location to the pickle ball courts and pool. Pickle ball equipment provided was a huge plus. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Quiet condo. Owner was very flexible as we had to change our dates a couple times. Loved the screened in porch. Trout fishing close by. We had a fun week!

Perfect place to stay

We stayed with a family of 7. This condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to cook meals and walking distance to pool and grill! We were also very close to all the fun things in town. I would definitely stay here again. 0 complaints! My kids loved the kids room. Thank you for having us!!

All the essentials

Property was clean, comfortable and had all of the essentials we could need. The updates were done well and the kids loved the upstairs bunk room. The indoor pool smelled and the water was murky but that is no fault of the condo owner.

Best we’ve stayed at in Point Royale!

We always stay at Point Royale when we visit Branson because it’s close to the action but feels away from it all. Unit was exactly as described and incredibly clean! We’ve never stayed at such a well-appointed VRBO - the owner covered every little detail, down to detergent and beach towels! Kids loved the roomy loft area and there was plenty of space for our entire family throughout the unit. Loved having bathrooms for everyone and TVs in all of the bedrooms as well. The screened in porch was divine and the pool/clubhouse is a very short walk. (The master bed is very high up, so make sure whoever stays in that room doesn’t have mobility issues.) We loved every bit of it - thanks for a great stay!

We loved this property! We had 2 families with small kids in the unit. It was very kid-friendly. The upstairs area with the little nugget couch and bunk beds was a hit. They also had a baby gate at the bottom and top of the stairs which was perfect for the 1 year old. They even had a puddle jumper for the pool, pool towels, a high chair, and a pack n play. It is GREAT for families with small kids. It was also clean and comfortable for the adults. They even thought of the little things such as paper towels and salt and pepper on the kitchen table. Highly recommend this unit!

Quick trip to SDC

This VRBO met our expectations. The few issues we had were minor. The tubs did not want to hold water. The shades between the master bedroom and the screened in deck need to be replaced. The child gate upstairs does not work. None of these were big issues. The master bed was comfortable. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. We did not have time to use the amenities of the property. Overall satisfied for sure.

Perfect place

Pros: pretty much everything. 1st condo we've ever stayed in that provided aluminum foil :) Seriously, though, usually have to bring paper towels, toilet paper, etc., but this condo provided all of that. Beds were comfortable. Teens had plenty of room in the loft. Screened in porch is really nice, but it was too hot to use this trip. Nice furniture and plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch TV together or eat together. Cons: blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced. If someone is on the screened in porch, they can see into the bedroom and the bathroom (using the mirror reflection). Having to wash and dry all the towels was something we've never had to do when staying in a vacation condo. As we wanted to sleep in the morning of checkout, we had no towels to dry hands on or washcloths to wash faces, etc. because they all had to be in the washing machine the night before.

The place fit our needs and we really enjoyed the access to the pool. Easy parking, easy in & out of the neighborhood. Loved the patio and had room for the family to spread out but all be together. Would be the first place I would look at staying on a return trip to Branson

The condo was great. Check-in was smooth. The pool and courts were walking distance and the hosts provided pool towels. The screened in patio made it easy to enjoy the outdoors in the evenings without the worries of bugs. The location was secure and convenient for the area. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The location is very good. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again if we return to the area. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen could use a baking sheet and a tea kettle. We also would prefer not to be required to launder towels on the morning of our departure.
