Summary:

Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!



The Space:

There is a full set of stairs up to the front door of the condo. But then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:

The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance! Also there's a sauna in the clubhouse!



The Neighborhood:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!



One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Beautiful condo in a lovely, quiet location. This was a perfect fit for our family vacation! Quick and easy communication with the host team was great. We've stayed in several locations in Branson through the years. This is our fave yet!NOTE: The indoor swimming pool is small, and 3 ft depth. It is great for young children.

Wonderful location and beautiful place

we were their over the weekend and it was a beautiful condo and the location was great for getting to all the attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and also we will use again when coming to Branson.

Short family get away

My kids and grandkids took a short family get away and truly enjoyed the our stay. Its has everything you need plus an amazing view. The host was great with communication and letting us know if we had any questions to reach out. We look forward to visiting again real soon.

Perfect location

Everything we wanted to do seemed like a short drive so the location was great. The condo was clean and a very open layout. The only downside was loud neighbors with loud vehicles who left at 6 am every morning but that could just be bad luck the week we were there. Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

Brought our daughter and her family to Branson for a quick trip. The condo was perfect for our stay and nice so the kids and grandkids all had their own rooms and beds.

Great location to enjoy Branson

This is a great location to enjoy all of the attractions that Branson has to offer. Just a short 10 minute drive or less to many of them. The property was as advertised clean and new! Adam and his team were great to work with.

This rental is beautiful!

My in-laws, husband, and our 2 kids stayed here. We had plenty of space. The house was very clean. Probably the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The home is beautiful. I loved the furniture as well. We definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful new property on a quiet location

This property was everything it was advertised to be. The location is only a few minutes from the main strip and lots of attractions, but is in a quiet and secluded area that provided a nice retreat.Checkin process was easy and clear and the property managers provided ample communication and answered all our questions.

Amazing condo

This was an amazing condo,three bedroom with every accommodation you could ever want and it’s an end building so we had all of the windows on the side and across the back. It was like a panoramic view!!! I so loved the patio, I drank my coffee on it every morning. It was sad to leave. Thank you Adam Martin, and those that work with you for making our vacation perfect

Fantastic VRBO Experience

Our stay could not have been better.,The facility was perfect-very clean, layout provided separate areas for everyone but still provided great space for the whole family. Very conveniently located. Amenities are great as well-indoor pool, sauna, work out area. Even a Christmas tree!!!! In the words of my grandchild— Gigi this is so nice.

Great place!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo, it is exactly as seen in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean! The location was just minutes from the attractions we planned to go to. We received a text hours before the scheduled check in time telling us it was ready, that we were free to check in early. We were given phone numbers to call if we encountered any problems, which we did not. They gave very clear instructions to the condo, which without them might have been a bit tricky. We would stay there again.

Outstanding property

Everything about this property is spot on perfect. The location, decor, cleanliness, layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as furnishings. What a nice touch to have a gorgeous Christmas tree lit and waiting our arrival. Property owners and management provide great communication.
