The Space:

The home has been tastefully decorated with decor and accents that complement the space. The open-concept layout allows everyone to join in on the conversation and is ideal for entertaining. The living space features a TV, a Queen-size sofa sleeper, and access to the outside balcony. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the balcony with your morning brew in hand.



Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster, and coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience. There is a dining table seating for 4, and additional counter seating.



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.



The bedroom has a King bed, TV, and access to the bathroom, with stackable washer and dryer.



The bathroom has a shower/tub combo .



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash, and you pick up after your pet.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- This is a walk up unit with approximately 27 steps required with no elevator access.

- There is unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the community lot.

- A high chair and Pack N' Play are located within the home for your accessibility.

- A washer/dryer in the condo is available for guest use.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

When you’ve had your fill of fun in the sun, the home is close to an array of attractions including Branson Mountain Adventure (2.4 miles), Titanic Museum (3.8 miles), Aquarium at the Boardwalk (4.3 miles), Silver Dollar City (9.3 miles), and more! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 9 miles away and is dotted with restaurants and specialty stores. It’s common to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events while downtown. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
