Room was advertised with fireplace and whirlpool tub. It was a hard sell to take the family somewhere without a pool but I was able to because of those amenities. The fireplace was unhooked and blocked off and there was no whirlpool tub. They were very disappointed but the place was clean and quite.

The property manager where we picked up our keys was so friendly. Our room was super clean. Need to add some ice trays but overall it is a great place to stay away from the strip but close.

Very private in a cozy quiet area. Very clean. Easy check in and check out. Elevator for upper floors. Would be nice if they had a laundry basket available. Loved it and would stay again if we come back

Exceeded our expectations, was really big and looked like an apartment. Was very nice and clean. Kinda a pain to use the outside elevator and was told by front desk (have to check in at a different location) we didnt have to return the key card only to be told when we called to check out we had to bring them back because housekeeper wouldnt find them and we would be charged. Overall experience was great and will probably use them again

The decor was comfortable, but out-dated. We thought we would get to use the fireplace that was advertised, but it did not work. We were told afterwards that none of the fireplaces work. We enjoyed having the use of the washer & dryer, but the lint was greatly built up in the dryer. All of the blinds in the unit were in ill repair and we could not open them, which let a claustrophobic feel. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful especially in heklping us to add another night on the front end of our stay. We enjoyed our time at Great Rock, but these little things add up and I would not be as likely to recommend or stay again.

Condo was clean but outdated. It needs fresh paint throughout. Ad stated Mountain View, the view was trees in the back of condo, no mountain view to it. Check-in was at a completely different area than condo was located. The positive was the cost. Good rates for a condo.

The trees & nature sounds. Rooms were very spacious. Great communication with check-in. Only major complaint...would have enjoyed nature in its fullness if the room we were assigned to did not have 8 huge AC/HEAT units outside of our unit that labored to go on and off throughout our stay. We hope to return in the future, but will tailor our request & stay away from 212A!

It was very clean! The price was good. We found a few things broken and it could use a bit of updating but it was very nice for the price! Waking up at 7am on a Saturday to the maintenence people banging on the ac units out side our window and the people mowing the grass at 7:30 am after that was a bit unpleasant. Other than that absolutely no other complaints or problems!

The location was very nice and quiet, the parking was close and easy. The only problem I had was they don’t tell you that they’re are two separate buildings, you have to go to a different location to check in.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience overall. We had a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and large tub. The room was very clean, and we had zero issues with check-in or anything else during our stay. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The only slightly negative thing was that the AC seemed to struggle a bit in the evenings—but that may be in part that it was extremely hot all weekend. The only other thing worth mentioning is about check-out. When we checked in, we were told to leave our key cards on the counter and call to let them know we were checking out. I called as we were leaving and the woman I spoke to on the phone seemed a little annoyed that we’d been told to do it that way. She wasn’t rude, just seemed a bit irritated. After reading other reviews, it seems like this happens fairly often. It would be helpful if all staff communicated the same check-out process to avoid confusion. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning for future visits!

Place is older but quiet. Clean needs updated. Kitchen needs storage containers with lids for leftovers for when you cook. Needs updated mattress and needed curtains or blinds on the door going out to the balcony.

We liked the spaciousness of the condo. It had everything we needed, and was comfortable and quiet. Loved the view of the trees from the balcony. The condo was in good shape, but the furnishings could do with an upgrade; some of the furniture was pretty shabby. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.
