This is a newly constructed condo which sleeps 12!!! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo has a modern, open feel and cozy comfort. The kitchen has all of the tools you need to make a quick meal. There are Smart TVs in the two separate living room areas and all bedrooms for your streaming needs as well as a variety of board games to enjoy family time. The condo is also steps away from the community outdoor pool. Located between Silver Dollar City, the Branson Strip, Ballpark of America and Table Rock Lake. You can see the Branson Ferris Wheel light show from the deck, yet far enough way to avoid the noise and traffic. Perfect place to spread out after a long day. We are 4 miles to Silver Dollar City, 6 miles to Convention Center, 4 miles to Table Rock marinas! If you have a larger party, we can check for opening at our other condo across the parking lot on a main level with no stairs. As you enter the building you go up one flight of stairs for entry into this condo. Additional discount for 7 or longer night stays.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed with our adult children and our grandson as a group of 7 total. Property was very clean and one of the most equipped we had ever stayed in. Great sleeping arrangements exactly as advertised. Located in a perfect location for all things Branson. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time! The house was just as listed! It was a short drive to any of the attractions! Beautiful view! We had 7 adults but this place can easily sleep 12 plus there is a couch upstairs that could be used in a pinch.

We come to Branson 1 to 2 times a year to visit a friend that moved. The placed we stayed this time was very roomy and comfortable. Everything was nice and in good shape. The view was beautiful!

Excellent Property

Property was great. Everything was nice and clean. Kitchen had Everything we needed and then some. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The only issues we had was the upstairs was hard to get cool and the primary bedroom tv wouldn't stay connected to wifi. If you have kids you might bring plastic dishes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Overall we had a great stay and the condo was nicely decorated, and furnished. The location was great, and easy to get to everywhere in Branson. It is critical to know clearly that this unit is a 2nd floor access with 3rd floor accessible within. You have to use stairs to get in and out every time. We did not see this clearly written in the description (it is in the description, but at the bottom under “other”). We have a son in a wheelchair, so we had to carry him up and down every day. Pros:*modern and nicely appointed condo*handy location*good communication from owner*great views with beautiful sunrises from the balcony*owner did listen to our concerns and tried to offer a solution/alternative*good amount of supplies (towels, detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags etc.)Cons:*2nd floor unit which was not clearly stated on the listing - only listed at the bottom of the listing - it would have been helpful to know more clearly. Owner did offer alternate 1st floor unit, but wasn’t same size and we didn’t want to split up the family. *the master bed was very firm - too firm for us and would have been made better with a foam pad/mattress topper. *pool quite small*some digging/landscaping was being done during our stay and the workers started the equipment at 7AM each day. Felt a little like a construction zone with lots of dust in the parking lot.

Scenic Branson View

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are steps up to the main floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an upstairs with a bedroom, bathroom, open area where the bunk bed is and a very nice sitting area. All rooms had TVs and the rooms had benches in them so you had a place to put your luggage and/or sit. There is a balcony off of the Family room/Master Suite where you can sit outside with a view of Branson. The Ferris wheel gave a beautiful light show every night. You could see the mountains in the distance. The owners were quick to respond. I would recommend this property!

Check in was a breeze with the e-mailed key code. The accommodations looked new and we lacked nothing in the kitchen. The 4 kids loved the separate combo upstairs loft for sleeping & entertainment area & so did we. Along with 1 bedroom upstairs and 3 on the main floor.

Perfect spot away

We were in an upstairs Condo which had 2 floors. The teenagers had a place to play games/watch TV upstairs and the adults hung out downstairs. Big selection of board and card games to choose from. I was amazed that you could not hear the neighbors through the walls. They have good sound proof walls. The HVAC worked great. And the pool was close to our Condo. The whole family loved the place.

Perfect family condo

Our family really enjoyed our recent stay. Our family ranged from 1 to 70 years old and all were very well accommodated in the condo. There is plenty of bedroom space, bathrooms, and living spaces; we especially liked the second floor loft area for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities we needed, the pool is steps away and the cleanliness was top notch. We will definitely book here again if we find ourselves back in Branson!
