Beautiful Condo on the 16th green! Dog friendly-with approval…Golf discounts!

Walk out on the back patio to this small creek with duck swimming down and the 16th green just on the other side! Very peaceful just setting on the patio with your morning coffee and watching the wildlife from deer, ducks or even a Marmot. Condo is nestled inside this gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. What a wonderful getaway with family and/or friends. This condo includes everything you will need with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, board games(in guest closet) and Cornhole game on the back patio. The community has a lot of amazing amenities which is just a small walk up the hill to. They include an indoor pool in the winter or big outdoor pool in the summer months and a nice hottub. Also Tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts and a Tiki bar to order pizza, snacks and drinks. Or just go inside for some great food at the grill. There is also an indoor fitness room you can use with your access key card. Pet must be approved by owner and if approved pet fee is $60. Also Pointe Royale doesn't allow boats on the property but there is a boat storage across the street...just call 417-239-3333.

Comfortable stay

We were in town for dance Nationals. We had a lovely stay and this place was perfect for our family of 4 and our small dog. We saw ducks, geese, deer and felt right at home! The pool was wonderful, great location, zero issues.

Perfect condo, perfect location

Great communication from host prior to visit. Condo was well furnished and stocked with everything that we needed. Location was close to everything we wanted to visit. Would stay here again on a future visit.

Very nice condo, very clean with comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the back porch watching the golfers at the 16th green. We had a little dog and could walk her around the corner of the building to a nice shady grassy area. We usually visit Branson once a year. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful fall break!

This was a wonderful stay. Beautiful view and amenities. My husband and son loved playing golf. Close enough to everything downtown but felt like it was a mile away from all the traffic and people. Will definitely come back.

Golf getaway

This was our second stay at Pointe Royale for a long weekend of golf. The condo was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we had planned for the trip. The ground floor walk out to a grassy area was super convenient for walking our small dog. The owner was kind enough to share a some golf passes with us, which saved us some $&. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick family getaway

Place was clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Felt like home away from home. Loved having the pool, fitness center, and eating on premise and within walking distance. 2 boys (6&8) and had plenty to keep them busy/active with the creek in the back and golfers to watch. Good distance from town. Would stay again!

Great Experience

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for our vacation to Branson. It was a perfect spot. Just a short drive to everything Branson has to offer. The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities of home. My daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Branson

Awesome!

Very nice and clean check in was a breeze. There was 4adults and one child age 11in our group had plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. If we ever come back to Branson I would certainly wanna stay here again. Thanks a lot Jim, for sharing your condo With us !

Quaint condo with view of a golf course and small stream. Clean with new appliances. Great location with lots of amenities! Easy access in and out of the community. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Jim provided excellent accommodation as well as communication.

Perfect Holiday Blend

My family loved the layout of this condo- perfect blend between bedroom/bathroom privacy and living room/kitchen togetherness. The amenities were abound- believe that the owner lives summers here; kitchen had all the pots/pans, glasses/cups, flatware, utensils and appliances that you could want (loved the multi-function Keurig). It was awesome that the Smart TVs had ‘Guest’ accounts for holiday movies without having to change Settings. Clean and well decorated to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy the stay!

Great location, clean, easy communication with owner

We loved the location and the quietness of the area. The condo was roomy and was very clean. I felt very safe walking the area at night by myself. Husband loved the fishing access. Jim also reached out to us before our stay with a flyer for thanksgiving at the clubhouse. I really appreciated that thoughtfulness. Overall this condo met our needs and would recommend to others who are coming to the branson area.

Family vacation

The condo is nestled into an excluded area out of the way of traffic. It’s perfect for dogs too because it’s so quiet & less traffic. It’s a convenient location to come and go from the condo to save money on food & not eat out for every meal! We were pleased with the condo and all its features! The only thing it didn’t have was a ceiling fan, if you’re a couple who requires one bring a fan with you! The space is clean and provides the little extras that not everyone does! Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to Branson!

Nice stay

We had a great visit! The owner was very responsive to texts and kept in touch as we got closer to our arrival. The condo is very comfortable & inviting, It is in a great location, with nothing directly behind it, except a view of the golf course. Everything we needed was provided - kitchen equipment, towels, bedding, etc. My husband and son are avid golfers, so being on the Pointe Royale golf course is perfect for us, We took our toy poodle along and he was very comfortable, as well. He loved the back yard area, It is small, but perfect for a small dog, He really enjoyed watching the golfers. We will definitely be returning!
