Overall we were not impressed. I traveled with my family. A total of six. Three adults and three children. This is Very much a bare basic experience that we honesly wouldnt do again. The elevator was slow and smelled musty. The rooms were spacious but so out of date, the water pressure was barely a trickle on the sinks which also didnt hardly drain. The rooms also had a weird smell. The beds are on a metal solid frame thing so they consistently get kicked and make a loud noise. The staff while yes were nice, but not very accomidating. To get extra towels it took over a half hour and was advised it was because the housekeeping attendants werent in. The "breakfast" consisted of what looked like gas station snacks, a gallon of milk that had chunks and a waffle maker that was the only saving grace.

The elevator has been out of order for weeks. I don’t if there is any plan to fix it as the staff asked to sign a document to say that we are aware of it.
