About this property

Cozy and romantic houseboat in a prime location with fireplace and sauna.

  • My houseboat is moored in a beautiful spot on Lake Plau, right at the front of the dock, so you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a direct view of the open lake. It’s fantastic!
    I’ve personally made a dream come true with this boat and have furnished it with great care. Since I travel a lot for work, I’m unfortunately rarely able to be there myself, which is why I rent it out.

    There are two small cabins, each with a double bed, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a table, chairs, a fireplace, a pull-out couch, books, musical instruments, a TV, and Wi-Fi.
    Two folding bikes and a SUP are also available to guests free of charge.
    On-site parking is also no problem.
    Right on shore, there’s a great Italian restaurant, lovely sandy beaches, a beach volleyball court, and stunning natural scenery.
    Perfect for romantic weekends or a family vacation! The houseboat is moored permanently and therefore cannot be moved.

Vielen Dank, dass wir in diesem sehr schönen Hausboot unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Das Hausboot hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das vorhandene SUP haben wir gerne genutzt, jedoch war leider der Wind sn den letzten Tagen zu heftig. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage unschlagbar. Der Empfang mit Blumen, Obst und Sekt war eine echte Überraschung. Vielen Dank auch an Norman, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat, uns alles erklärt hat und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer für uns da war. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche auf dem Hausboot.

Das Boot ist toll und wirklich mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der einzige Mangel ist das das Hausboot fest verankert ist und man nicht umherfahren darf. Die Info steht auch nicht in der Anzeige. Das fand ich wirklich nicht in Ordnung. Wenn man ein HausBOOT inseriert, kann ich meiner Meinung davon ausgehen, das es fahrbereit ist. Sonst aber Tippi toppi.

Wahnsinns Luxus Boot in allen Bereichen! Tolles interiour design, Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Waterfront! Geniale Aussicht! Ruhige Lage, Bäder toll ( mit Sauna und Kamin) auch für Winter perfekt.Super Kommunikation auch vor Ort! Immer wieder!
