The room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with Time Square only a few minutes walk. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work well so it was often too warm and it was the middle of June. I had to keep calling the front desk to send someone to fix it. While the fix was only temporary, the staff did work quickly to fix it each time. Also, there weren’t many amenities, but there was a cocktail lounge with live music and a couple of restaurants in the hotel.

Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. What could be better: carpeted floors, comfortable chair.

I didn't have breakfast. I was denied breakfast and I was running late meeting with my tour guide to the statute of Liberty and Ellis Island. I thought since I have paid for a room with breakfast, the had a data that show that information but it was not that way. I was told I needed to download the voucher for separately. It was a very pleasant stay

The room was incredibly clean! It’s sucha beautiful hotel. I highly recommend getting one of the penthouses and enjoying the view. Loved my little weekend getaway there. The staff were friendly, the restaurant on the ground floor was also really good.
