"The property was exactly as described, and the host was easy to work with. However, there was an issue with double booking, and someone was already occupying the property when we arrived. The host promptly resolved the problem. Unfortunately, Vrbo was not helpful at all. I made four different phone calls, was placed on hold three times, and they never returned to the calls. On one occasion, I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. During my fourth call, the Vrbo representative said she would contact the host and then call me back. To date, I have not received any follow-up.I am not happy with the service and support I received from Vrbo.I would stay here again."

We visited the restaurants in Ellsworth and explored Acadia national park, bar harbor, and southwest harbor. Everyone enjoyed the week and we would love to visit again! "
