Positiv: sehr neuwertige, hochwertige FeWo, top Ausstattung, traumhafter Balkon, ruhige Lage, Bramberg liegt ideal als Ausgangsort für Hohe Tauern oder Kitzbüheler Skigebiete. Zentrum Bramberg zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Überdachter Stellplatz.Negativ: Sehr tiefe Dachschrägen, in den Schlafzimmern kann man nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt stehen, auf dem Sofa kann man nicht aufrecht sitzen. Kopfstoßgefahr für Personen über 180. Lage fast im Gewerbegebiet wenig charmant.
