Home and property were absolutely ideal for our family reunion. Home we clean and kitchen was very well equipped. Home was expansive and offered great gathering areas as well as private nooks for those looking to curl up with a book. Outdoor kitchen was a huge plus (huge Traeger, Blackstone, refrigerator)Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful and serene

Wonderful property, great location, the lake was gorgeous. The grandkids had so much fun playing in the lake and beach area. Lots of room to run around outside and really enjoyed our campfires.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was beautiful! It was very close to the lake and no hill or stairs which was a plus for the grandparents. We had 12 people and fit comfortably. We would love to stay here again!

Winter Get-Away

As beautiful as this property is in the summer, it worked great for our family winter getaway. We did some ice fishing and we were close enough that the kids could walk back and forth to the house. The living area was spacious enough for everyone.

Girls weekend

Wonderful property for a girls weekend getaway. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Super cozy fireplace to sit around, chat and read a book. There were enough beds for all and a big kitchen to cook in. Loved it and would definitely return.

Stunning home and area for the fall season

We surprised a friend with a laid back girls trip. The trees changing colors and clear water on the home's beach front property was perfect. The house has great amenities and was such a simple process. Easy access to Brainerd and Nisswa made it a really fun weekend getaway.

Perfect get-away

Our weekend was spent in February for a mom only get-away. We were VERY impressed by the amount of kitchen items available, including spices and dishwashing detergent. The space was perfect and the amount of amenities we did not even use outside because of the time of year has us itching for a summer return! The is 10/10 a phenomenal property!

Six classmates (1970and two spouses spent five great days together in this beautiful house. Plenty of reminiscing and enjoying a variety of eating opportunities. Have already discussed returning some time.

Very nice place

Overall very nice place. Clean, plenty of towels, comfortable seating area.Listing was off, saying one room had 4 beds and another had 2, but actually had 3 in one and 1 in the other. There were also big black ants, mostly on the floor in the living room. There was no info at the house about what to do when leaving with garbages, towels or stripping the beds. So we just guessed. I would stay here again, nice place.

Beautiful house, landscaping, and beach

Gorgeous property and landscaping with beautiful flora and a lot of green space for yard activities. Patio area was great with its lounging furniture, gas fire pit and cooking area (grill, griddle, fridge). Home decor very nice, and can sleep a good number of guests (we wish there had been more plates and bowls to accommodate same). Exceptional, large beach for kids - all sand, no weeds, shallow well beyond the end of the long dock - and we made fun use of the available kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boat. Host was responsive to any questions during the entire process. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Absolute Gem

Simply delightful! Has everything you would need with beautiful views and amenities. I had to look a few times for “check-in and out” rules and procedures-abd couldn’t find any. I think common sense tells a person to treat the property as if it was your own….and have a wonderful time! Such a nice person to deal with. If this place is available for your time away-I would highly recommend to grab it-you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Tranquility

My children and grandchildren and myself, 9 of us, stayed at the house during a very difficult time of burying my brother. We needed a place where we could be together, but have our own space, this beautiful home allowed for us to share meals and talk and laugh and cry together in comfort. The view is gorgeous of the lake, we watched, swans and ducks, swim out front, and enjoyed a family of deer in the evenings. This provided us a safe haven and a place that felt like home as soon as we walked through the door, we cooked a couple meals and enjoyed time together. I would highly recommend this home. It was clean and well stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need.

Wonderful experience

This property offered us a beautiful, relaxing environment to enjoy our family vacation. We had a group of nine adults, and one infant. The property was clean and well cared for. The outdoor cooking area was also a huge hit. Unfortunately, due to the lack of rain this year, we were unable to dock our pontoon and JetSki’s at the dock. We had to anchor about 100 yards out. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience given the walkout was not a difficult one. There was almost no seaweed and/or rocks to walk through. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our cozy winter stay. We made use of the kitchen and appliances to make dinners at home around the big table. Loved the living room to watch some movies, look out the window and enjoy the fireplace as well. Deer came to the front of the property every day so that was super fun for the kids to see.
