"Self check in was seamless. Bathroom wasn’t super clean, but not terrible either."

"Not really liking self check in without staff. No one to handle a situation, or get supplies if needed. Been nice to have more coffee or at least decaf. Machines didn't work to get water, sodas. Pool area was very clean and updated. Our bed was to soft sunk in. Decor was ok and updated. No chairs, had nice area with a few dishes. Like refrigerator, microwave. But didn't offer much food items in machine. Snacks. Liked parking."

"No breakfast items that were supposed to start in the summer. Need to have larger trash baskets for garbage in room. Especially if cooking in room. More Kleenex in rooms. Not just bathroom. Channel TV guide printout would be nice."

"I have so many pictures of the room having holes in the walls, jacuzzi had stuff floating in it and jets didn’t work. There was pink hair everywhere. The shower had no pressure, smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling. Picture frames were crooked, tv had no channels on it. I paid for late check out but they tried coming into my room before I was supposed to check out, liked my door code before my late check out time, walls were paper thin, blankets smelt like perfume, toilet had a...

"We were surprised to find out the bed was a queen when it was advertised as a king in the description. Also, didn’t expect the cleaning list upon our check out"
