Everything was basically as promised. Had a good stay besides one thing - bathroom was tiny with a bad smell coming from the drains. They need immediate plumbing work as of 3/18/26

My stay at Hotel Riu in Times Square was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the bustling Times Square and Restaurant Row. Hotel is very nice great location and rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Good spacious rooms, comfortable and very close to the metro.

Staff is friendly and hotel location is great. However there were roaches in the room. Also the cleaning staff accidentally threw away my son’s retainer in the bathroom. Although accidentally, it cost $350 to replace.
