A real GEM in NW Bradenton! So close to Anna Maria Island, Manatee River, Palma Sola Bay (walking or biking distance) plus SO MANY other attractions nearby. Centrally located to everything you would want in the area, this 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, with HUGE Verandah and Lush fenced yard is just PERFECT for a short Beach escape or a longer stay in one of the most coveted locations in the West Coast of Florida. Enjoy the stylish and newly furnished open flow spaces in this unique home. We also include cruise bikes and beach gear to get around the gorgeous neighborhood and get to nearby coastal attractions.
The space
Large, bright and beautifully furnished rooms, high quality mattresses and linens, everything included for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully outfitted with every gadget and tool to please anyone from the fast-food connoisseur all the way to that gourmet cook in the family, including a Keurig coffee machine with some pods to get you started. ROKU TVs are available in the Living Room, Master and Guest Bedrooms, with ROKU free channels and streaming apps. Wi-Fi is fast and free. Dedicated work and homework spaces (if you must). Stacked Washer and Dryer available. We have furnished the home with everything our family likes when going on vacation, so you can love it too!

Lovely well-equipped home

The property was clean, nicely decorated, & well-equipped for cooking, beach, general comfort. The backyard was perfect for our pup. Carla was nice to deal with.

Cozy little house

We loved spending a week in this cozy little house. Everything was very clean, organized and very well decorated, we really felt at home. Whenever we travel we worry a lot about the mattresses quality, whether they will be comfortable or not, and in this house all the mattresses are of very good quality, which means a lot to us. This house has everything to make you feel in a cozy place, it has a very beautiful backyard, a wonderful sun room and a very pleasant porch to be on. Anyway, we liked it a lot and enjoyed every room in the house.
