This townhome is located on an islet between Anna Maria Island and Bradenton. A car is recommended to access shopping, dining, beaches, and ogther attractions. A ferry runs from downtown Bradenton to Anna Maria Island.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Do not leave children unattended near the pool.
