The great room is the central gathering space, perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening entertaining. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a large wraparound island, and ample space for preparing meals for the entire group.
Step out onto the wraparound balcony, where one side overlooks the pool and outdoor living area, while the other offers views down the canal toward the dock — a perfect place to enjoy sunset with a drink in hand. The balcony also features a covered outdoor grill/ kitchen area, and tabletop fire pit.

*Full laundry facilities available in the main residence, Pool House, as well as the Owl's Nest.

*External cameras used to monitor entry points and exterior entry points at each property.
*The boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to use the full boat dock and tie up their own vessel. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is via the drawbridge connecting Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.
*Pool heat included with the rental rate. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will stay around 76° during winter months. Please note that on cold days, water temperatures may drop and may take longer to heat.
*Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee ("Management"), plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
