Looking to visit Anna Maria Island and the Bradenton area without breaking the bank, that this 2-bedroom condo in Bradenton is perfect for your escape. It is newly remodeled and located in the gated community of Bay Pointe at Cortez, 4850 51st Street West, Bradenton. The community has a heated pool that is located just steps from my unit. The gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria are just six miles away and IMG Academy is about one mile away. Bradenton is also located in between Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa, giving you lots to explore.

There is plenty of parking including one assigned spot right out the front door. The condo is well stocked with all the basics they should need and rent includes all utilities, even cable.

Good location very close to IMG. Unit was clean and a good size for my daughter and I. Pool was nice, clean and somewhat private. I checked in at night and no lights illuminating the gate buzzer had a hard time finding it so had to ask a neighbor for help. Owner was very nice, helpful and responsive.

This home was very nice and had enough for me and my daughter. Very quiet and safe area with everything needed within a five min drive. Host had great communication and any questions or issues was address immediately. I highly recommend and will stay again when in the area

The location was great for traveling to events at the convention center. Lots of food options nearby. The property was clean. Check-in was simple. The host responded quickly to all of our communication and she was very nice to accommodate all of our requests.

This place was super clean and inviting. The unit was stocked with everything you need and a few extras. The wifi worked amazing. The beds were comfy and the showers/bathrooms are immaculate. There are fancy appliances and creature comforts including smart TV, ice maker/water dispenser on the fridge, dishwasher full oven and dishwasher. The owner is very nice and communicates well with you!

It was a good stay for our situation the only thing that I didn’t like was the trash not being in walking distance, I have to uber everywhere for right now and I had to take the trash out in the rain and that was not super cool.
