Welcome to our newly renovated home. Only. 4.5 from the beautiful and recognize gulf beaches with it’s pristine clear waters and white sands characteristics. Ana María island, Brandenton and coquina beach. It is located 15 minutes from Sarasota airport. Our location allows you to be close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping stores. Very nicely furnished spaces with a play area to disconnect. Heated pool and hot tub.
No parties or loud music allowed.

Although this property is not on the beach, it’s close, clean and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were ours to enjoy, and the fence in the back is extremely helpful if you have pets as we did. Our host did a wonderful job preparing for us and answered all of our questions quickly. Fantastic visit and would definitely stay again.

The home was super cute, cozy and comfortable with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Our host was kind and caring, we really enjoyed our visit, we're very grateful for our time spent together there!
