The room felt very comfy and clean! Being within Bradenton and Ana Maria Island gave us plenty of options to choose from to eat and explore. The only thing that wasn't available in the rental was hand soap in the bathroom and was a great stay overall!

Very clean one bedroom apartment. Everything appeared to be new and in great shape. We had problems with the AC unit in the main, but we turned the second unit on high in the kitchen and kept the bedroom door open. It allowed both rooms to cool to a reasonable temp. The owners would have sent someone, but it was getting late and we made it work. I would rent this place again, although I thought the price was a little steep for what you get...the bonus is Chick-fil-A is literally around the corner!!
