Family friendly private home with pool and close to the beaches

  • Imagine life in a tropical oasis-surrounded by palms trees, soaking up the Florida sun while relaxing in a private pool. Serenity Now Bradenton, a 3 bedroom/2 bath Old Florida cottage located near Anna Maria Island's Gulf beaches, offers just that. This fully equipped home, located near the Manatee River & the best this West Coast area has to offer, will make your stay memorable and stress free. A large lot & ample parking, so bring your RV or boat. We guarantee you'll want to stay awhile.

    A ring doorbell camera is on the property.

    No more than 8 people staying the night. And no more than 10 people on the property at a time during the day.

    Minimum age required for booking is 25.

    Absolutely no parties or events. If this occurs a fine will be sent and you will be asked to leave the premises.

    No smoking or vaping inside or on patio/pool area of the house. If smoking or vaping does occur a fine will be sent.

    For stays longer than 3 weeks we charge an extra smaller cleaning fee to have a mid-stay cleaning of $150, which will be scheduled however you like.
