A starter pack of paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels) are provided for each stay. 3 rolls per bathroom (total 6 rolls) and 2 paper towel rolls.
Other things to note
Please note we do have cameras located outside by the front door and garage.

Maintenance: To keep the property in top condition, occasional maintenance such as landscaping or pool service may take place during your stay. You will always be given notice and scheduling will be done at your convenience.

Also we have a wonderful cleaning team, pest management team etc. But this is Florida and our fine mesh screened pool cage helps keep out all the gross things, but bugs cannot be avoided when outside. There will be friendly harmless lizards in the backyard.

*Pets*
We are dog friendly with allowance of 1 potty trained dog under 50 lbs per stay with an accompanying $200 pet fee for the stay. We provide doggie bags, a fully fenced in yard, doggy door to and from the screened in pool area, food/water bowls and cushioned couch protectors.

~ Pool Heating ~
*When pool is heated during "winter" it is set to 86 degrees but when air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may be affected. We unfortunately cannot guarantee pool temperature.

**No Smoking, no vaping, no parties**

This home is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood with quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

The swimming pool and hot tub are not monitored. By using the pool, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests. Children must be supervised at all times.

*** Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement as agreement to the house rules and provide a refundable security deposit 2 days after booking.
