This well decorated single family vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bradenton. Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 2 miles to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restraurants, nature preserves, golf courses, and Lecom Park (formerly McKechnie field) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

The beautiful landscaped home offers all the amenities you need for a sun drenched vacation. The large private fenced backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the pristine blue pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The brand new heated pool features a large shallow and deep end that will give you hours and hours of fun. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.

This home is well-appointed with brand new modern beach themed furnishings and many entertainment amenities such as Free WIFI, Premium cable, Free Netflix, and Free Pandora. The master bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and private master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The most popular guest room( Queen sleeper) / TV room/ business center room has a large Smart TV.

The spacious modern kitchen is beautifully designed with upscale fixtures and appliances including all new stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/ convection oven and stainless microwave with granite counters. The open concept kitchen with a bar area offers more seating arrangements.

Other Perks we offer at this house are pool toys, beach towels, beach gears from umbrella to beach chairs. We also have hairdryer, Mr. Coffee 12 cup, keurig B60, blender, iron, washer, dryer and BBQ grill.

Maggie made it so easy and the house was super cute. Although we didn't stay but one night, the heated pool would have been nice to be in. She left water bottles and snacks too!My only recommendation is to add mattress toppers to the beds.

Great house, just as listed! Very clean! Everything you need in one place! Close driving distance to any food, shopping, activities, beaches (15 minutes)… Advice: take flip flops! The shells in the backyard are rough on the feet, super cute tho!

Excellent getaway! It was like home away from home as Maggie has provided everything you need and more! Home and pool were clean and well kept, and there was plenty of room. Maggie is an excellent host. Very attentive and very responsive to messages. We will definitely stay at one of Maggie’s two Bradenton properties the next time.

Quiet oasis for couples or family.

Property was very clean and ready for us a little earlier than we expected upon arrival. Pool was clean and plenty of seating for several guests. Quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by. Exceptional customer service and we would stay again the next time we are in the area!!

Short drive to Beach

We stayed here to visit Coquina Beach. It was a 15-20 minute ride to beach. The house was clean and exactly as described. Pool was clean and maintained. Towels, bedding were all clean and comfy. We enjoyed the updated decor and the prompt responses from the owner.

The property was very clean and neat. Beds comfortable. Nice kitchen. Maggie, our host was fantastic! The back yard was not dog friendly. The yard was mostly shell which was hard on her paws.

Awesome house!

Our family absolutely enjoyed every bit of this house! The pool was amazing and our children spent the majority of our stay in the pool, so it was well used and so worth it! The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 8 (2 adults, kids - 15, 12, 10, 10, 6 & 6). We would definitely pick this house for another vacation!! Maggie was so easy to communicate with on any need!!

Great home.

We were there during Christmas and stayed 3 nights. The home was very clean and was well stocked. The host was wonderful to deal with. She was very quick to respond with any questions. She even left us a gift! Would highly recommend this house. Was easy to get to Anna Maria Island.

Great, cozy stay!

We rented this property as a temporary dwelling as we were moving my Mother out of her condo in the same area. Maggie was amazing with communication and very accommodating with a last minute add to our stay. Despite Idalia rolling by while we were there, we had a great, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool and accommodations were great and neighborhood was good. Would stay again and definitely work with Maggie again. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation at Paradise Cove! The home is clean and lovely with comfortable spaces for relaxing and watching TV and plenty of seating for our family of five to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were perfect with beds for everyone. Our host, Maggie, was kind to provide some toiletries as well as snacks and bottles of water to welcome us. The private pool and screened in porch give this property an A for both kid friendly fun and relaxing adult time. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai while your kids play in the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants. The owner, Maggie, was amazing at coordinating our stay and communication. She gave us great advice about what to expect as this was post hurricane season and many areas were closed. It is only a short 15 minute drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. AMI beaches offer free public parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. The beaches have miles of beautiful sand, shells, and turquoise blue waters. We brought our picnic lunch everyday and always stayed until sunset which was magical! Coquina was our go to beach. There are many other things to do around the area. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so our free time was limited. We ate at RJ Gators and the fried grouper was delicious. Continued prayers for all those who are struggling to restore their homes and businesses.
