I purchased this room because it had a jetted tub well when speaking with front desk they did not have any available. I want a full refund as we did not stay due to no jetted tub. I have been waiting for someone to return my phone call since I spoke with front desk. Have not heard a single thing back. I am very disappointed in this. How are you gonna take my money when I didn’t even stay. "
