Gated community next to IMG, two bed rooms and two bath with kitchen. This was perfect for our trip there. The space of the apartment was perfect. I would stay there again our next trip to IMG.

The accommodation were fine. Didn’t like that I had to supply personal information in order to get passcode for the door. We came down for a family emergency and did not need this added frustration. Kudos to the staff that responded with respect and patience when we were unable to find the unit since the address given to me was just to the complex. I prefer a private home in order to avoid hassle. The apartment can use some updating. New carpet and bathroom would be great

I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well!

A nice space for my wife and I during our one week Florida vacation. Two bedrooms & two baths with a nice living room space and more than adequate kitchen area. The complex is mostly working folks and not a tourist spot. But for the space we got compared to VRBO's or hotels it was certainly worth the price. Our unit was starting to show some age but it was in really good shape with fairly current appliances. There is a small balcony that looks out over the sunrise and the complex was really quiet.

Could have been better

The property itself was nice and cozy. Designed for comfortability. However, the community was very “ghetto” as we were trying to sleep there were people in the hallways smoking weed and drinking being very vulgar. The pool was swamped with over 20 men smoking and hanging out so as you can imagine it was very hard for myself and my 2 teenage girls to enjoy a nice swim. Had the community not been what it was, I would have enjoy my experience here more because what the owner is trying to do with their place is obviously make it a cozy experience.

The overall property and amenities were above average. The pool and BBQ area were very nice, and both the fitness center and clubhouse were pleasant and well-kept. The landscaping was well maintained, and the residents we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by poor communication from our host and their management company. After a long cross-country flight, we arrived to find that our gate code didn’t work. Our driver had to wait until another resident arrived to let us in, which was both frustrating and stressful. The instructions for locating our unit were also inaccurate. We were told to make a left at the clubhouse, but the unit was actually to the right. Building numbers and unit markers were hard to see from the street or a rideshare vehicle, so my daughter and I wandered the complex for 15 minutes trying to find the right location. When we finally got to the unit, the instructions stated there would be a key fob in a lockbox on the door to access the vehicle gate and amenities. However, the code provided for the lockbox didn’t work either. This added more frustration, as I had to walk to the front gate every time we ordered food or used a rideshare service. We were also unable to easily access the pool and fitness center. Several light bulbs were missing, toilet was wobbly, remote-control battery covers missing and the beds were very low with thin, uncomfortable mattresses.

Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks!

The passcode for the key lock was incorrectly provided so upon arrival I was unable to access my rental unit. When attempting to contact support via the app, I received no response. Ultimately, I was able to contact a representative from a contact number located on Hotels.com and he was able to assist me getting into an emergency unit. No one ever followed up with me. I had to reach out the next day for more assistance to obtain access to my original reserved unit.

The unit we stayed in was clean, but ready for a remodel. The bathroom was outdated, and the floors swollen in places. The AC unit worked great until it froze over the last night and quit blowing cold air. Would we stay here again? Yes, but would love to stay in the newer units that are getting remodeled while we were there.
