Plenty of space and privacy with shared common areas, and ront and back porch with sunset views! Walking trails, pool on court, clubhouse with fitness center. walking or biking distance from the beautiful gulf beaches 1 mile from Anna Maria Island!

Please note this is an adult community, there is a 1 month minimum required stay, and guests must fill out a standard application to the HOA (fee waived).

John & Deb were quick to respond and communicated very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well equipped and furnishings were comfortable. It was fun to see the Ibis and ducks out the window bathing and sunning themselves. The location is perfect to get to AMI and also into Bradenton. We look forward to staying at this property again! Thanks for welcoming us into your home!
