Particular Harbour 392-201 is a 1,500 square foot condo with an open layout and a well-configured interior for a week or longer.

The condo sleeps five across two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for a parent and child or two guests comfortable sharing the space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Beautiful, well decorated place. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Including a good selection of family games and kids beach toys The beds were very comfortable. And the screened in lanai area was nicely laid out for early morning coffees and family game evenings.We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again for longer next time.

We loved the proximity to AMI, but enjoyed the relaxation and quiet it offered away from the hustle and bustle of the island. It was a great place to relax after enjoying the island activities for the day. The proximity to Bradenton was perfect for picking up a grocery order. The condo and the property were clean and felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool in the complex and the proximity to the Compass bar and restaurant as well. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

It was our second time staying in this particular unit and once again it suited us to a tee. Not only is the design decor pleasing to the eye, everything from the beds to the living room furniture to the outdoor furniture is very comfortable. This trip the owners provided a nice touch by putting up a Christmas tree and hanging stockings prior to our arrival. A nice surprise! Once again our dealings with Island Vacation Properties were a pleasure. We have rented from them numerous times and have always found their staff to be professional and personable. This combination of quality property and first rate rental company is a winner!

The cleanliness was immaculate, the kitchen was well-supplied, and the unit is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The beds and other furnishings were very comfortable and in like-new condition. The owners have paid great attention to every detail to make this unit comfortable and enjoyable. Although we did not use it as much as we anticipated, the screened porch outside was well furnished and large enough to accommodate family dinners, etc.. The grill in the common area was also a nice feature. The common areas were very clean, beautiful, and well maintained, and I felt very safe there. This complex has many permanent residents who live there, so it is not strictly a vacation rental property. The residents we met were friendly and welcoming.Island Vacation Properties was an exceptional company to work with as well, and their agents and customer service were top notch. We would definitely rent from them again, and would stay at this property again.The only potential negative is that it is not practical to walk from this unit to the beach with gear in tow, but it is less than 5 minutes from Manatee public beach, and to us the excellent features of the property far outweighed driving to the beach. We drove to a lot of different areas of the island and like to experience the different beach areas, so we would be driving a lot regardless of where we stayed. The location is only a bridge away from mid-island, so it is convenient to all areas, and is very close to boat, kayak, and other equipment rentals, as well as a few nature reserve areas.If you are big on watching the sunrise, this unit does not have an unobstructed sunrise or sunset view, but there is a dock a couple of blocks down the street that offers an amazing sunrise view, and of course there are so many areas of beach to watch beautiful sunsets. All in all, we give this unit a top notch rating, and will most likely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: We've been vacationing on AMI for the past 15 years and always stay on the island but this time we wanted to try one of the condos in Margaritaville/One Particular Harbor a try for our 5 night visit. The community is relatively new so the amenities are top noch and appeared well maintained. The location is just behind the Compass hotel and marina which is as close to AMI as you can be without being on the island-Maybe a 3 minute drive. There are 10 or 12 buldings with 12 units per building and under building parking along with additional visitor parking in front. It's also a secure/gated community. Short term stays will only have access to the one pool and splash pad area which is very nice. The only complaint is that the splash pad area could used additional loungers and unbrellas for the tables but we had no issue finding chairs during our stay. The pool did get a little crowded with kids/families at times. Longer term rentals and residents would likely prefer the additional resort pool which we did not have access to but is also further. Each unit has a storage locker in the parking area under the building and ours was stocked with beach gear and pool toys. The unit itself was nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of dishware and a basic stock of other necessities like garbage bags, soap, dish tabs etc. Our unit had a pool/courtyard view with a large screened patio. Patio furniture was comfortable and high quality. Loved the beds in the unit-Nectar brand matresses. Pleanty of bath and beach towels. Clean, new appliances, cold A/C. Would stay in a bay view unit next time as the views and breeze from other side of building are wonderful. Went to both restaurants at the Compass hotel (Floridays/Compass bar and chill) and food/service at both was very good. Nice outdoor tiki bar/deck at Floridays as well as indoor dining. With the money we saved staying just off island, we were able to eat out at all of our fav AMI spots.

Reviewer Comments: The condo shows it’s age(old carpets, stains on furniture, shower no water pressure) but it was clean and the beds are very comfortable.The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking, the beach equipment which is advertised is rusty and smells horrible, the toilet brush was gross.All issues have nothing to do with the latest hurricanes (that was the excuse by the rental company). It’s just not managed well. Definitely not luxurious!

This condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our only minor set back was locating our condo. This was mitigated with maps ,verbal communication by the leasing team. All of Ana Marie Island is semi difficult to navigate with a large truck and boat attached. Highly suggest renting a golf cart. Love this condo 5 star experience.

Super location for a family of 4, about as close to the island as you can get without being directly on the island. $15 Uber ride to just about any restaurant on the island. Will visit again

Upscale Condo Development

Plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. Large sitting and gathering areas. Very clean and updated. Location is not directly on AMI, but very close. Easy access to all parts of the island & Bradenton. 10 minutes to downtown Bradenton Beach, 10 minutes to Anna Maria, 15 minutes to downtown Bradenton.

Breath of Fresh Air

Unit is very clean and smells fresh when you arrive, this was refreshing considering it is a pet friendly rental. There is plenty of room for families. The chairs and sofa are very comfortable. Good view from the balcony of the complex you can see into the distance between the other buildings. There is a big palm tree that partially obstructs the view, it is still good though. Check in is at a different location about 1 mile from the unit to get the keys. Island vacation properties is the managing agent for the unit they have the keys there. You will not be disappointed. Just make sure you bring extra paper towels and toilet paper if you are staying for more than a few days.

Everything was perfect, the decor was tastefully done, the location was close to many beaches and restaurants and shops were available and close by. We had a minor problem with the FOB key not working but it was corrected quickly. All the amenities you would want. We will definitely be going back next year. Thank you soooo much for a wonderful week. Every aspect of this condo was a 5+.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice property. Unit itself seemed very sparse with amenities that were to be included in the rental fee. Undercover parking was used by the owner, kitchen barely had any cooking/serving items ( we had to ask the management company), no grilling tools, carpet in master was dirty, when we arrived the unit hadn't been cleaned even though we received the keys from the management company. Overall, not a great place to spend 5 weeks.
