NO HURRICANE DAMAGE at this Sweet Island Retreat! All of the tranquility and luxury you desire will be found here. All new, inside and out! Sugar Reef is a duplex so it both units may be rented for a larger group. See Listing # 684977 for SUGAR REEF "A". Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. With vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan the unit has an open, beachy vibe.

You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks for direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground.

Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the FREE trolley to ride the full length of the island. A short 20 minutes drive by car to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

Perfect location!

Location could not be beat. We lived walking a block either way to see sunrise or get to the beach. Laura was a pleasure to work with, and the home is clean, well stocked, and perfect. We would love to return!

My friend and I truly enjoyed this place. A bock to the gulf one way and a block to the Bay the other way. Was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. Very safe area.

This place is a gem!!! Very short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities needed for the beach: chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc! They had the most comfortable beds! Decorated cute with everything you need for the kitchen!! I would highly recommend this place and location!!!

3-minutes' walk to a beautiful beach. Multiple restaurants and bars within about a mile. Unit had every amenity we needed, including a stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs, screened porches, and A/C. Would rent again!

My teenage daughter and I spent a few days here. Super clean, everything works as it should. short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this VRBO! Host was helpful and responsive, but never intrusive.

Sweet little gem

It was perfect for my girls and my fiancé! He proposed on Holmes Beach (the short one block walk to the beach) during the AMAZING sunset the second night. The girls and I have a tradition of going to the "same beach every night for the sunset" and this duplex was absolutely perfect.Screened in porch was a win by all of us and it was the perfect location for our first family vacation. The duplex neighbors were so friendly and inviting as well, spoke highly of the owner. Very happy and I hope to book again next year!

Perfect spot on the island

We could not have picked a more perfect place for our first time on AMI. Just a short walk to beach or bay. Place was super clean and well supplied. Definitely one of the best Vrbo rentals we have ever stayed in. Being 12 hours away dont know if we will ever make it back that way but if we are fortunate to get to come back to AMI we would definitely rent here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A good, clean place near the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. It's a clean, convenient place and an easy walk to the beach. One night, a chirping smoke detector kept us awake. The manager responded well by sending someone over the next day to fix it and the owner agreed to our requested partial refund as a courtesy.

Great location, nice place

The condo is in a great location and well furnished. The kitchen is nice and the living room was comfortable. We appreciated the laundry in the unit. The only drawback for us was the screen porch only being accessible by going outside of the unit, and pretty dark being underneath.

Perfect little getaway!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is super clean and cute! Had everything we needed and there’s a Circle K really close which made things convenient for quick little things that you might need. The trolley stops were close to. We will definitely come back. Also the property manager was accommodating and helpful on getting us in and allowing us to use the key to store our luggage since we had a late flight leaving out. Thanks again we will definitely return.

Great Location

My best friend and I took her son, who turned 13 while at the beach, and his best friend for a birthday weekend. The place was great for a couple of kiddos to have quick access to the beach, all the beach toys they needed, and all the necessities to boot. Laura was very responsive. When our wagon wheels broke, she lined out a replacement in no time flat. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home!

This home was perfect!! Just a short walk to the beach, the trolly stop, and the bay side with beautiful sunrises and a playground for the little’s. The home was stocked with beach towels, beach toys, chairs and floaties. Full kitchen if you’re looking for that. The screened in patio was a great space for the times you need a break from the sun. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Comfortable Condo for Our Family of 4!

Everything up to date, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week in Florida. During Hurricane Debby I was able to go out to the protected screened porch and fall asleep on the couch while enjoying the elements of the weather. Perfectly situated on the narrow island. My grandkids enjoyed standing in the street, looking a block and a half one way to the ocean, a block and a half the other way was the bay. Laura was a perfect host! No wonder she’s usually booked!
