Villa by the Sea #3's open floor plan puts everything at your fingertips without ever making you feel crowded. The spacious beach-themed living room offers a cozy sofa where you and your family can relax and catch up on your favorite shows on the cable TV. Prepare a full meal, warm up leftovers, or mix up a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable bedroom sleeps two, with a queen-size bed and another cable TV. There's also extra bedding for the sleeper sofa in the living area, so the condo sleeps four in all (children welcome!). The full bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and plenty of fresh, fluffy towels.

Close to everything!

Place is small but sufficient for two people. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance to restaurants and the pier and only a short walk to the beach.

We loved the location and being so close to the beach and Bridge street! Everything we needed was provided. The small heated pool in the back was great after a long day on the beach and biking. It’s tiny but perfect for two people.

Spectacular Location!

Our first time staying on the island and it won’t be our last. Unfortunately our car broke down just before we arrived, but we didn’t really need it because everything is right there for us. Two minute walks to bridge street, the beach and more. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great location

Perfect spot for my wife and I. Walk to beach and shops. Only thing the cable sucks. Had to continually reset boxes and they take forever to reload. I’m used to the fastest internet in the world in Chattanooga but other than that will definitely come back.

Great location !

The property was clean, quiet and a very short walk to the beach!! The beaches are GORGEOUS. Also a short walk to shops and great restaurants. The laundry is outside and cost 1.75. The only complaint would be that the property was ready earlier than 4:00- but they didn’t allow us to enter early- but they are very strict about being out by 10:00. We had a great time!

Very pleasant stay

We had a lovely week at #3 despite the weather not being too kind to us. The unit was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials for a week’s stay including soap, toilet paper, dishwasher capsules and dish soap, dish towels, napkins, coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. There is a coin operated washer and dryer shared by the units. The location was perfect for walking to many restaurants and points of interest and the beach is a 5 minutes walk. Parking is reserved outside and much appreciated! I would highly recommend this unit for a couple.

Cute little condo

We loved the location and the condo! We would definitely book again and do recommend. However- we checked in 2hours after check in because no one was communicating with us. Then we had an issue with the shower and again no communication back to us, some palms fell in the pool after a storm and no communication again. Just be aware that the property manager will not communicate with you.

Wonderful Stay All Around

We stayed a week in this rental and it was wonderful. The location was phenomenal. Two streets over from Bridge Street. Short walk to the beach. The rental itself was clean and everything that was advertised. The pool area was great. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. The closet was full of everything you would need to spend a day on the beach. We had a wagon, chairs, buckets, shovels, and multiple umbrellas. The rental is also fully stocked with bath and beach towels. The bedroom was a queen bed and the couch pulled out into a queen. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in the Bradenton Beach area. 10/10 experience.

The location was perfect! The unit was so cute and just the perfect size for the two of us. Loved all the extras provided! The only reason for the four star rating was that upon arrival we noticed the bathroom sink was clogged. I contacted the admin, it was looked at by maintenance but never fixed while we we there. We had to use the kitchen sink. Everything else was wonderful.
