Discover the tranquility of Bradenton Beach, nestled on the serene Anna Maria Island along Florida's Gulf Coast. Welcome to Island Breeze, Unit A—a charming vacation rental offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience amidst the idyllic backdrop of this old Florida town.

Situated just a block and a half from the pristine Gulf beaches and the inter-coastal waterway, Island Breeze is a beautiful duplex crafted in 2008. Tucked away in a peaceful community, yet conveniently close to the island's finest dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The house offers two mirror image units so you really can't go wrong with either one.

Step into the newly decorated great room, where comfort meets coastal elegance. This inviting space opens up to a spacious deck, perfect for soaking in the warm Florida sun. The kitchen, designed for both functionality and style. A spiral staircase off the kitchen leads to the rear deck, providing convenient access to the alley access parking area.

Retreat to the master bedroom, adorned with coastal furnishings and a plush king-size bed. Enjoy moments of relaxation on your private deck, offering glimpses of the gulf and two inviting chaise lounges. Indulge in the spacious master bath, featuring a large two-person walk-in shower.

The queen bedroom exudes "Island chic" style, boasting breathtaking views of Palma Sola Bay. Meanwhile, the cozy third bedroom offers comfortable bunk beds with custom ensembles and the family room couch offers a queen sleeper sofa - ideal for families or groups.

On the ground level, a large Florida room awaits, adjacent to the newly built pool (2020). The private "Kitchenette" area offers a cozy spot to unwind, complete with its own TV and refrigerator with ice maker. Outside, the lanai beckons with its gas fire pit and exterior seating—perfect for chilly evening.

Island Breeze, Unit A, comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need for the perfect vacation, including bicycles, a beach cart, chairs, towels, beach toys, and coolers.

We have a linen service between each stay, so don’t worry about starting a load of laundry prior to departing. We try to make it easy because it’s hard enough packing the car after a beach trip.
We do ask that you remove all personal items and take out the trash. It really helps us prepare for the next guest in a timely fashion.

This was our first visit to AMI. Excellent accommodations all around. Responsive & kind host. The outdoor living features, bikes, and beach/pool supplies were a highlight for us (family of six, ages 10 to 45). Easy walk to the beach and to the free island trolley stop. Quiet area perfect for a laid-back vacation spot.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

We’ve stayed at this Anna Maria Island home twice and can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The pool is spotless and inviting, and the house is fully stocked with everything you could need. The owner is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. This place truly feels like a home away from home — we’ll definitely be back!

This home is a block and a half from the bay and the gulf so the views for sunrise and sunset are spectacular. The white powdery beach cannot be beat.The home is comfortable and the host is VERY attentive!We can’t wait to go back!

House with everything

If your traveling this house has everything you need such as beach chairs, towels, a wagon to walk everything to the beach which is so close, beautiful beach, high chair, everything you need in a kitchen, pool and great outdoor area and tvs in every room including outside. We had a great stay.

Beach getaway

Such a great property and everything you need, just pack your bags! Super clean and plenty of space to relax. Love all the balconies which gives me the option to just lay out read a book, enjoy my morning coffee and enjoy the beach. Quick walk to the beach, literally minutes. I will stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

I can’t say enough about this amazing home. The accommodations and amenities were more than plenty. Debra, the host, was very responsive and thoughtful. The bed was super comfy. Even though the weather was on the cooler and wetter side, being close to the beach (1 min. Walk) made up for everything. This is a wonderful stay!

Really Nice Place

Nice, spacious place in a great location. Kids really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub on property. Debra was easy to get ahold of with any questions (which were minimal). Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to restaurants or shops.

Girl’s Weekend
